Pros: The size of the casino is excellent,of course they machines don't pay very well, neither do the casino's in Las Vegas Buffet & Rosies are good
Cons: Their Oyster Bar Restaurant is one of the worst restaurants you could possibly imagine Greasy food, poor service...the worst!!!
Location: Location is fine We went to their Farmer's Market which was on the side street of the resort
No refrigerator No wall mounted make-up mirror No double sink

FAIR FOR THE PRICE:
Posted Jan 17, 2013
Pros: Reception personal were polite
Cons: higher level of room amenities
Location: Very accessable to Interstate 80, Movie theater across from hotel, downtown Reno very close by, and recommend eating at Rosie's Cafe within the hotel
Overall we had a pleasing experience. My teenagers were disapointed with the accessability of the WiFi in the room. We ended up going to Starbucks within the hotel to get good reception. The room was clean and well maintained but it was sparse in amenities no micowave or refrigerator. There was alos a $14 service/resort fee per person for the use of the pool and gym. I would stay again but would look for an upgrade in the room amenities, anticipate resort fee and know to go to Starbucks for WiFi.

Have stayed there twice, won't stay again - Rooms ok, but gambling is horrible....Peppermill and others offer higher payback it seems

Pros: Location and amenities.
Cons: Liked it just the way it was.
Location: Easy off, easy on to freeways, gas, and great food at the hotel.
Great time. They had a special going on and the room rate was great. Check in was fast and easy, valet service super, Rosie's cafe was great and gambling was a plus. Rooms were big and well kept up. Would stop here anytime on the way to Las Vegas or anywhere else for that matter.

Comfortable/clean hotel
Posted Jan 12, 2013
Pros: I liked the indoor pool. It had plenty of lounge chairs, even on a busy weekend.
My room was clean and in good repair. I thought my bed was a little hard, but I prefer a very soft bed, and I know that many people prefer a firm mattress. Staff was friendly and helpful. I did not gamble or drink so I can't really comment on the casino or the bars, but the two restaurants that I ate at were delicious. There was an event going on at the hotel during the weekend that I stayed, which I was not aware of. The event used up all of the parking near my room, and the parking structure was at the far opposite end of the property from the rooms. I booked a non-smoking room, and was pleased to find that my room didn't even smell a little bit like cigarette smoke! If you are looking for a hotel close to downtown and within walking distance of the other big casinos in Reno, do not stay here. However, if you want a hotel that is just a few minutes drive from everything else and not in dirty downtown, this is the place to stay.

Good place to stay

Besides the TV being broken and mold in the shower, this was a pretty good place to whey. Enjoyed the staff and everyone was very friendly.

Great value, great comfort.

Pros: Wonderful rooms"
Cons: A bit smoky"
We love this hotel. The Starbucks is great, the rooms are great. The only tiny thing I wish was better is that it would have better ventilation. It smells a little too smoky at times. Being from California affects me more than it might those from Nevada, where there is smoking everywhere. I think this could be improved.

Worth every dime, especially on a week night.

Pros: The pool is beautiful and there are a lot of eating options.
Cons: It's not on the strip, so if you are hoping to go from casino to casino, you will have to travel a little bit.
Location: A bit out of the way but there are some great eating establishments with live music close by if you don't want to eat at the hotel.
This is a beautiful, updated, modern hotel. There are numerous eating options, the rooms are clean, the staff is friendly and helpful. The pool is huge, with a beautiful waterfall. When I booked on Expedia, there was a note that the hotel would charge an additional fee per person for a 'resort fee', but they didn't charge any additional fees. I would definitely recommend this hotel. It's beautiful.
