“Affordable, Nice, and Convenient”

Great transition hotel for travelers getting in on a late fight or leaving out early on an early morning. The airport is a half mile away and they will shuttle you if needed. The have free wireless internet that is important to me. The breakfast in the morning is good if you are on a time crunch. The rooms are clean and well maintained with comfortable beds.

“Quiet, Cozy, and Clean by the Airport”

We were looking for a place to stay close to the airport. (Two adults/two children) We visit family quite often in SW Reno and really only need a place for sleeping. Initially, the outside looks a bit tired, but as soon as we walked into the rooms we were very pleasantly impressed! Pillow top beds and nice pillows, fresh room and very quiet! We had a slight issue with a slow drain in the tub, and by the time we returned that evening, it was fixed. The front desk was professional and helpful, and the breakfast area was quaint and welcoming. (Make your own fresh waffles!) We will definitely return!

The people in front desk is very nice, and their service is good! The room is comfortable and with everything we needed. And the price is reasonable.

Hotel and clean and well maintened. The pillow were thin and not very comfortable. Over all a great value for the money.

“A keeper for sure”

The hotel was located close to the freeway and easy to find. Also close to the Truckee river, shopping and dining. We requested first floor near the pool and we got just that. The staff was very friendly, they always asked if we needed anything everytime we saw them. Complimentary breakfast was a plus, a nice variety. The kids had a blast at the pool, always a supply of clean towels available. Very reasonably priced and they welcomed our four legged family member! When I go back to Reno I will stay again.

everything perfect, location great easy area to get around at, we have stayed at fine hotels costing alot more, this is by far the best around, the hyatt needs to take note, thanks for a great vacation.
