“Great Place for a Great Price”

My wife and I booked a room here on a whim because the place that we usually stay was booked. We were pleasantly surprised with the condition of the room. It had a full mini kitchen with all the utensils that one would need. The hotel is right next to all the downtown attractions, however, there aren't any loud noises or neon signs. Great place, we will be back.

I along with my two brothers and a friend chose to stay at Legacy Resorts in Reno initially because of the price. I usually prefer a more expensive hotel because I like to be comfortable. When we showed up I was very nervous about what to expect. Once I stepped into the room I have to say I was very excited! The beds were so comfortable and the room was more than I could have asked for. We were there for the Reno Whitewater Festival so we had our Kayaks with us and lots of expensive gear the staff let us put our gear in a storage room at no cost and made everything so convenient. I want to say thank you to Alex and the rest of the staff for making our stay in Reno so enjoyable. We will definitely be coming back for years to come!

We had an excelent stay at your reno location, staff is really nice, rooms cleaned and well maintained everything you need is in your room and its location is really convinient it has little parking space but it worked out perfect!

very clean ,looks like everything was remodeled recently all furnishings were brand new. full kitchen brand new ,nice bathroom . hotel has indoor swimming pool .location is a couple blocks from casinos. friendly staff

“Great and affordable place to stay.”

The front desk staff is over the top helpful and knowledgeable. My room was super clean. Shower stall was a little small, but not a show stopper. Good central location--enjoyed walking to the movie theater. Will look up this affordable place again next time I come to Reno.

“Great place & Full kitchen”

I stayed a week to snowboard in Lake Tahoe. The front desk Manager was extremely nice & helpful. This is a converted Timeshare condo complex. The hotel is only 5 minute drive to the downtown casinos & 10 minutes to the main freeway to get to the ski resorts. Full kitchen with stove, microwave, refrigerator & all dishes & utensils so save a lot of money on eating out all the time. The room was fairly large, clean & granite counter tops in the kitchen & bathroom & medium sized TV so pretty nice. Place was very quiet due to hardly anyone staying there at the time. I could have stayed at one of the casinos but I don't gamble so this was perfect for what I came to do which was snowboard. Don't expect any type of scenery, outside my fourth floor balcony was the backyard of a couple of old homes. I noticed in the courtyard area there were some very nice suites & I should have paid for upgrade so those are available. Overall for the price this place was great for my needs. If coming as a couple you may consider one of the glitzier casinos but I just go to the casinos for the buffet after snowboarding all day. The trip to the North Lake Tahoe resorts takes about an hour from downtown Reno so not too bad. The maid service is weekly so if you use 3 towels a day & are high maintenance then you will have to pay for maid service. I prefer not have maid service come in every day but I'm probably the exception.

“Great for families!”

The room was big! 2 bathrooms! Staff was great! I had my relatives over in the rec. room so we could all visit without the noise of the casinos. They didn't have it finished yet, but they are making a separate rec. room for children. It looks great! Close to riverwalk and park. I would definitely stay there again.

“Great Place”

I wasn't sure what to expect from this Timeshare Condo - but it ended up being great! Do not try to sleep 4 to a room, but otherwise it was just perfect. You can cook and make coffee. It was excellent for that and a good location to everything we were attending in Reno. If you do not want to stay at a casino - this place was great. They are remodeling and it will only get better. Pool and rec room were nice too. Great customer service. Thanks again.

“Legacy Vacation in Reno”

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Not always the most knowledgable, but tried very hard. They accommodated our large group and kept everyone's room near each other. Hotel was very clean and beds comfortable. Would stay there again when traveling to Reno with children/kids. Ask for room with access to the sunroof.

“Nice not to be in a Casino!”

We were in Reno for a funeral and it was nice not to stay in a casino. The lady who checked us in was a great help in giving us a choice of two room ajoined or 1 room with 2 beds and a pull-out. We liked it there so much that we had the rest of our party get a rooms also! They were also happy and one was the partents of the person who passed. Thank you for all your help if you read this. The building is old put the rooms were up to date.
