The best experience ever. Stayed Tuscany Veranda Suite. Had special requests that were handled. Everyone especially nice and helpful. Went to Romanz and Chi (Chinese) and both were superior in food and service. Buffet was also good. Room was excellent. Would highly recommend the Peppermill.

Everything was excellent. Food was good, drinks a little high ,but some were free if you were gambling. Good Valet parking with securuty.

PROS: Opulent, huge room and bath, nice tub, separate shower, 2 HDTVs, comfortable bed. CONS: Convoluted facility plan forces you through smoke-filled casinos. Late-night food option was HORRIBLE. Upgraded to Tower room (described here, recommended), but my "premium" view was of a wall. Still, a very nice hotel, less expensive than Atlantis, full-service.

“Best Place to Stay.”

Peppermill is the best place to stay in Reno, NV. Staff is very courteous and accommodating. This time we booked a 1 King Non-Smoking Room and at last minute our friends decided to come with us. Due to Long Weekend there were no rooms available at any casino in Reno, NV we decided to call Peppemill to switch our rooms from 1 King to 2 Queen. They were able to switch the room and at no additional cost. I highly recommend this place.

Tuscany Tower is great with heated outdoor pool which the kids loved.

The Tuscany Tower Suites are absolutely amazing. The best room and best bathroom I have ever had in a hotel. I have already recommended this hotel to friends and family.

Even with the hotel almost full there was no noise from the other rooms. The bed was super comfortable.
