The only thing we noticed was that the beds in room 623 were very uneven so you tend to roll to the left. Overall we had an amazing stay. Thank you

Will stay at Siena on my next visit!

Everything was great! Walking distance to all of downtown. Very clean, comfortable and friendly staff. Only thing missing is a good hotel fragrance.

Nice small hotel. Great location.

Im not much of a gambler so I was looking for a big nice room with an oversized soaking tub. This was the perfect room for by birthday get a way. We got a big corner room on the 8th floor. The view was great, river, city and mountain.

Stay was OK but room lighting was too dark and they somehow forgot to clean the room on 2nd day.

Nice hotel, easy access to and from interstate.

Pros: All the staff was very friendly and helpful. Even when asking about a good place to eat breakfast.
Cons: Wanted to use the spa facilities for my mother, but they don't have a beautician (hair stylist).
Location: Didn't have an opportunity to visit any nearby attractions, just a little breakfast diner called Peg's which was really good. Traveling to CA.
Hotel staff very nice and accommodating. Offered bottled water upon arrival & free valet service. When I called down to the desk when I was ready to depart, staff was up to my room within 2 minutes to help with my luggage.

Last minute holiday weekend

Posted Feb 17, 2015
In search of snow we made a last minute switch from Shasta to Reno for our 3 day weekend. Many places were booked so we ended up here. We paid 3 times the average rate. Our room looked at a roof top, had loud dogs barking next door, refrigerator didn't work. Only two towels in room and room was never cleaned or towels replenished in two days. No parking multiple times, had to circle around and wait. One waitress at Johnny Rockets was extremely rude and because we asked to sit at counter, she wouldn't seat us for 15 minutes though resturant was empty. Overall not a great experience especially for $150 a night. We will be staying at peppermill or Grand Sierra in future.

One of the cleaner hotels in Reno, NV.

Posted Feb 17, 2015
Pros: Lobby, Rooms, Staff, and Restaurant
Cons: Get rid of Johnny Rockets.
Location: Chocolate Bar was cool. Harrah's for gambling. Great music there and casino staff. Pizza place by the Chocolate Bar(can't remember the name)was good
Lobby is very clean, staff is very professional. Our room was modern and nicely decorated. Didn't feel like a hotel built in the 70's. We didn't stay on the North side, but wished we would have. The view of the river on the North side was beautiful. All the other casinos were within walking distance. The restaurant and bar in the hotel was EXCELLENT !! The food was top notch. We had filet and King crab. I was in the restaurant biz for 8 years and THIS WAS QUALITY. We tried Johnny Rockets for breakfast. 1 of the worst dining experiences of our lives. We watched our food SIT in the WINDOW for 10 minutes while our waitress talked on the phone? Another patron went and complained for US ! Then it was dried out and cold. Don't bother with Johnny Rockets. TERRIBLE! Overall, the hotel and casino and main dinner restaurant were as GREAT as they come. We would definitely stay at the Siena again. Only other downer was, the massage and spa were closed on Mon. and Tues., the days we were there. Otherwise, very NICE PLACE !

Nice hotel, close to Main Street in downtown Reno.

Posted Feb 17, 2015
Pros: Where it was located, a little away from the chaos of the other big hotels. Coffee at the bean stand was good and the live band was really good!
Cons: Rooms and bathrooms definitely could be updated.
Location: Not much to do in Reno except gamble in smokey casinos!!
Comfortable hotel, friendly staff. Bathrooms could be updated, shower pressure was lousy and it took a long time for the water to get warm. Fan in room was very noisy, we had to turn it off at night. Overall a two-three star hotel.
