Close to everything

Nice hotel. Great amenities but the beds to me were a little uncomfortable. They weren't very soft. And the room was small. But the entertainment in the casino was good and the staff.

I found the room to be comfortable and relaxing. Johnny Rockets has the best burgers in town and the Coffee Bean stand was great. Also the evening lounge act was exceptional with all around music for everyone.

It is really an Holdiay Inn trying to dress up

Posted Aug 24, 2014
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Sound proofing the room.Giving senior couples quiet rooms. The place seems to be trying to be an upscale Reno /Casino with Spa but it just fails .
Location: dont know
We asked for a quiet room and got one on the 7th floor over looking the river, wuite close to the elevator and across the wall from the Coke machine At first glance this seemed fine . Then we realized that not only was there the usual annoying sounds from the din room AC but there was other rumbling sound from somewhere else. Finally we figured out that it must be fro some of the elevator mechanism which was probably right under us.Beware of Room 704. The sounds didn't interfere with our night's sleep but it made it unpleasant to stay in the room.We were glad to leave

On Reno River Walk

Posted Aug 22, 2014
Pros: Location, clean room, NICE staff.
Cons: Fix broken things quickly, or mark as out of order/ Housekeeper said ice machine had been reported but not fixed. Make casino NONSMOKING (fat chance)
Location: Nice riverwalk, close to movie theater and restaurants. Many aimless/homeless people around but good police presemnce, felt quite safe
Great staff, responded quickly to request for ice (machine on our floor did not work) and extra pillow cases. Needed extra pillows as dealing with leg injury and needed pillow supports. Fabric on decorative shams is scratchy.

Close to the action, but quiet

Posted Aug 21, 2014
Pros: Clean, quiet. Good location, near the Truckee river, and in downtown.
Cons: Strangely enough, something really simple. And that is a lack of an ice bucket in the room. Hotels 1/2 the price have them. Why not here??
Location: Next to the Truckee River, across the street from the Cal Neva, and plenty of places to eat and be entertained, further down the street.
This was kind of a last-minute thing. Prices on hotels are normally higher on Friday and Saturday nights in Reno. Was checking around, and many hotels were sold out. However, I was down to few choices, and a couple that I was familiar with were higher than usual So, the Siena was about $5 more, and decided to take a chance. Had no regrets about this. Close enough to the center of the action, yet the rooms were quiet. The hotel had lots of amenites.....spa, pool, etc.....they have restaurants, too but didn't get to try those, since I was meeting with friends elsewhere in Downtown Reno.

Wedding Comfort

Posted Aug 19, 2014
Pros: Lovely suite, great for 3 people.
Cons: Nothing
Location: Squeeze Inn for breakfast!
Great experience! Accommodating, friendly staff. Our room was not ready at 3:00pm was promised and we had to get ready for a wedding rehearsal and dinner. The gal upgraded us to a suite that was available and made it so se could get ready and be there on time!

Oldie but goody.

Posted Aug 11, 2014
Pros: The comfort.
Location: Was on the edge of downtown but in walking distance of everything.
Was worth the price for the weekend. Especially for last minute deals. Hot August nights have always been a blast. Definitely one to remember.

Nice hotel, easily accessible to airport

Posted Aug 11, 2014
Pros: Smallness of casino and proximity to airport. Restaurant for dinner was good - not outstanding
Cons: Food facilities
Location: N/A
Enjoyed stay, nice small casino. Need better or more lunch, breakfast facilities
