Only hotel is open. ALL else is closed.

Posted Jul 5, 2015
This was great to sleep here for me and low price, but that's because the hotel is in transition of being bought by Marriott's and EVERYTHING else is closed for now. I want told this when I booked the room and their website doesn't tell you that the restaurants, spa, and casino are all closed.

Horrible, was not notified of change of management. Casino was closed as well as the food places. Never go here.

The rooms are comparable to a motel 6. No closets. No place in the bathroom to get ready at. AC is very loud. Beds aren't great either. The people who work there are the only bright spots at the hotel.

Reasonably Priced and centrally located

Posted Jun 29, 2015
Pros: Location, easy access and parking. Clean
Cons: Mattresses and bedding need improvement.
Location: 5 minutes from the UNR campus, the River Walk, and nice river side restaurants.
The hotel has convenient parking, a central location, and is clean. The deluxe river view room was nice and larger than regular rooms. The mattress not so comfortable and the bottom sheets are not fitted - as they became untucked right away. The heat-cool units are a bit noisy.

6th floor room was very quiet. View of Aces game fireworks. Staff was friendly and accommodating. The sushi bar was amazing.Night staff at Johnny Rockets were very helpful.

Pros: Easy to locate from airport
We only stayed one nite due to our traveling to Lake Tahoe, but it was a great place to stay.

i was pleasantly surprised when I walked into the Siena Hotel after the price I paid! It was so nice! The staff was all very friendly, and our friends we were traveling with were thrilled to discover their drinks were free when they were gambling. The room was beautiful with everything we needed, I had the best night sleep in a hotel I've had in a long time! I will for sure stay here again.

Quiet little hotel

Posted Jun 26, 2015
Pros: It's close to the downtown action while being far enough away to give you some peace and quiet.
Cons: The hotel will be undergoing a renovation this summer. I look forward to seeing how it will change.
Location: Within walking distance are the downtown hotel/casinos, Ace's ball park, the Truckee river. Within driving distance is plenty of hiking & Lake Tahoe.
This is a quiet little hotel that sits on the Truckee river and is a quick walk to downtown Reno events or an Aces ball game. I highly recommend it.

easy access to downtown

We like to stay at the Siena when we go to Reno since it is at the edge of the casino district but still close to restaurants along the river.
