Great Stay

Posted Nov 30, 2014
Pros: Great location, only $25 / night for the pooch.
Cons: Living room couch was terrible.
Location: South Reno close to Skiing / Mount Rose and Double Diamond / Damonte Ranch and Curti Ranch if your home shopping or visiting relatives.
We've stayed in several Reno Hotels and this hotel so far has been the best! Great Pet policy and affordable. The only negative was the couch in the living area should have been replaced long ago it was in Bad shape!

Perfect stay away from the hustle and bustle!

Lovely place with great service, nice room, home-like feeling, nice breakfast and pool area. Quite long from the downtown noise and just the way we wanted it.

The hotel was really good. The staff was very helpful with directions and geniunely friendly! The pool was sparkling and the water temperature was perfect. Breakfast was surprisingly good. The only glitch was the size of the great room for breakfast. Its capacity was 26 and there were at least twice that many people trying to get breakfast and find seating at the same time--this was easily handled by simply taking breakfast back to our room.

Great hotel for the price

Posted Sep 13, 2014 on Hotels.com
The hotel is located in a business park, so there really isn't anything in walking distance, but there is a lot in close driving distance. The room was very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. We had a room on the 3rd floor facing the mountains which was very nice. It is fairly close to the highway and only a short distance south of the airport. If you want to avoid downtown traffic, this is a good option. It's still only 15 minutes from downtown and very close to the highway to virginia city and a quick run to Lake Tahoe. The breakfast was a slight cut above most hotel breakfasts. Besides hardboiled eggs, they have either scrambled or cheese omelets, also the usual waffles, bacon, muffins, bagel, yogurt, and fruit. Would definitely stay again.

NO ICE.

Posted Sep 10, 2014
Pros: The suites are nice.
Cons: See above.
Location: Just passing through. Don't know.
There are no ice machines. You are supposed to rely on the ice maker in the frig in your room. Ours was broken. Ice was pilfered from a Pepsi machine. The sleeper couch was in terrible shape. They say they are replacing them . . . The breakfast was good, except the attendant allowed the hot items to run out. People stood around waiting for replacements to arrive. The seating is very limited and includes couches. Not my preferred place to eat. Oh yes. the two guys who monopolized the business center, eating and fooling with the computers for an hour
