“Would like to see this hotel remodeled it is very dated (60's old)”

With the exception of paying for a first floor room and receiving a second floor room which took about 45 minutes to straiten out I was satisfied with this super 8 motel.. Though noted it was the most run down super 8 I have ever stayed at... It really needs a total make over... Gutted and re dun would be my suggestion...

“will ask for quiter neighbors”

overall the stay was alright....did not get ANY sleep....the breakfast was great....was nice to have the family sit down together to a meal...a nice meal at that...liked the location..

“My choice in Reno”

Very convenient location and easy in and out - I believe the rooms are being remodeled and they really need it. Price is very right!

“Close to the Convention Center and in expensive”

This is a good example of an old style motel that went through an updating some years back. It is not a luxury hotel so don't expect modern art and muted tones. What you can look forward to is a mini fridge and microwave, in room coffee, free wi-fi, a large TV, a little breakfast and the staff will be efficient, friendly and helpful. The room was clean and serviceable and right for the price. It is a few miles away from Downtown which can be a good thing. You won't be tempted to lose money on the way to your car! It is close to the Convention Center and the Mall and had several good restaurants nearby.

“Not impressed”

This property looks like an old dormatory. Exterior was not real clean. The room was much smaller than I expected and the swimming pool was NOT heated, as advertised. I will not stay at this hotel again, it was not a very good value for the rate charged.
