New mid-class hotel in downtown Reno. Basic but nicely furnished. Comfortable bed and furniture. The shower and sink had fairly cheep fixtures that clashed with the quality of the rest of the hotel. The happy hour and morning breakfast were good, although the layout of the eating area was very awkward. Lounge chairs mixed in with steel tables and not enough room for everyone to sit and eat. Couldn't take food back to your room so this compounded the issue. The only real substandard experience we had was with the Valet service. They took forever to get our car on the several occasions we used the service. Every time we called the valet the phone line rang over to the front desk and they failed to give the message to the valets. I think their parking must be a long ways from the hotel and the valets are running across town on foot. Otherwise, we loved the hotel. It is right next to the Eldorado so a great location for restaurants or access to the casinos.

The hotel was ok. The staff was friendly. They were a little shady with towels we constantly had to keep asking for more and we were only allowed 4 at a time. They had an indoor pool which was nice and we definitely took advantage of that. This was why asking for towels constantly became annoying. Breakfast was pretty much nothing.. juice, coffee, tea and a wrapped pastry thing . They had a toaster in the room but didn't serve toast for breakfast. Although the room itself was nice and close to all the places we wanted to go, it was too pricey for what you got. I think I would have gotten a better deal at motel 6 especially the breakfast part.
