The staff is friendly and helpful. Our bed was wonderfully comfortable and loved the pillows! You are feeling at home at the Eldorado: you can have friendly conversations with the casino dealers to the restaurant staff. Very professional poker room with affordable tournaments. We will be coming back!

Except for being told 1 hr before show time that she had canceled the previous day due to sickness, we had a nice time. I enjoy Harrahs Buffet for dinner, but we went to El Dorado's brunch buffet because it opens 2 hrs earlier at 8am and can eat before the train arrives if its just a tad late.

One of the best deals out there. You had no idea you were staying at the least expensive package hotel around the Reno area because we were treated like royalty! I worked construction in Reno in the late 70's including Circus Circus so it was a treat for me memory wise but that aside, I would stay there every time I visit Reno from now on. There room service and food were both fine, and very inexpensive. The parking was roomy and close by. It is an easy walk to six or seven other casinos so we never ran out of options when it came to gaming. Great fun.....T A

The hotel was ok. The staff was friendly. They were a little shady with towels we constantly had to keep asking for more and we were only allowed 4 at a time. They had an indoor pool which was nice and we definitely took advantage of that. This was why asking for towels constantly became annoying. Breakfast was pretty much nothing.. juice, coffee, tea and a wrapped pastry thing . They had a toaster in the room but didn't serve toast for breakfast. Although the room itself was nice and close to all the places we wanted to go, it was too pricey for what you got. I think I would have gotten a better deal at motel 6 especially the breakfast part.
