Staff couldn't have been nicer. Loved Rethymno's old town which was a short cab drive away. Would highly recommend this hotel."

"We had a wonderful stay at Marine Palace, it was easily accessible and we had a 5 month old plus pram in tow, pool selection was great and the food was excellent, lovely choice and highlight was the BBQ by the Sea! Staff were all very helpful and bonus of a WhatsApp number to message if had any problems, the rooms and all outside areas were kept to a very high standard of cleanliness, very impressed. The village of Panormos was only a 7-8 minute walk away, very small but lovely village with bars, restaurants and a few gift shops. Would definitely return!!!"

Whoever does the hiring there does a great job finding such incredible employees. The resort itself is amazing. Clean, beautiful, beautiful views, great pools, good food. I can’t say enough about this place. I guess the one negative (or positive for some people) is that it’s quite a drive to get anywhere. But I guess that’s just Crete being a big island with everything spread out."

"This was the resort we needed to kick-start our honeymoon the right way. They have it all, golf-buggy door service, multiple pools, day beds and sun beds, cocktails by the pool, multiple restaurants and bars, buffet breakfast. The bed was a little firm but our experience here was still very amazing. The staff are so helpful and so kind, we would gladly come back!"
