“Excellent Hotel”

This Hotel exceeded expectations! Great staff, great location, great food & drink!!

“Nice quite and peaceful retreat!”

This was the first time I had been to a Greek Island and was not sure what to expect. I had read all the reviews on the expedia website before I booked the Seafront apartments and I was not disappointed with my choice. They are very nice spacious apartments and are in a nice quite location right on the seafront. Most of the guests were either young families or middle aged couples. The apartments and grounds were extremely well kept and spotlessly clean, the staff were very helpful and friendly. The only dowside if any was that I thought we would be able to walk into Rethimnon but it was a 20minute bus ride, which wasn't a big problem as the buses ran every 20 minutes. I would definately go there again.

“Would definately go back”

Room was basic but clean and had everything we needed. Friendly helpful staff especially with the kids. Grounds were tidy and well kept, good relaxing holiday with the option of staying at the pool all day, or going to the beach which was only about 10 metres away.

“relaxing in Crete”

Good value for money, clean and spacious room. Air conditioning at no extra charge. T.V. Greek only. Pool v. good. Food good. Any queries were attended to immediately. Staff friendly and helpful. Nice and quiet but nearby hotel noisy until 11.30 p.m. 7 k from town but plenty to see and do nearby. We had a car which was great for seeing the island but there are buses and organised trips. Lovely terrace for breakfast overlooking the sea. Every room has a balcony too. The sun was on the window in the morning but had gone by afternoon so was cooler for sleeping.

“Nice place for families”

I booked this place by mistake because I was looking for another place right in town with the same name. However, I don't regret this mistake. Apartments are nice and clean, you can pay extra to have air conditioner. That is why they probably removed blades from the ceiling fan . The beach is tiny but really close and clean. You can see and hear the sea from most apartments. They have nice food and drink service at their café by the pool. The only disappointing moment is location. It is far from Rethimnon city center where most attractions and restaurants are (approximately 7 miles). The bus service is reasonable but only starts at 7 am. If you are going for an early morning tour (Santorini, Samaria Gorge) you will have to take a taxi. Otherwise, it is a great place and kids didn't bother too much.

“Pleasant hotel and apartment .”

The hotel was always kept clean and the staff were efficient and accommodating. I accidentally left my glasses in my room at the end of my stay and they posted them back to me in UK with no fuss at all. The hotel is right next to the beach, so may suit people with limited mobility. The strip on which it is situated has plenty of bar's and Taverna's and supermarkets within a short distance for convenience and a regular bus service takes you into Rethimnon and back. Good location. Also has a small restaurant and small swimming pool and on site supermarket.

“Clean but basic”

The hotel is right on the beach but the water is a bit rocky is this area - bring water shoes. The pool and surrounding area is very small. The owner was very helpful with ideas of places to visit. There are lots of places to eat nearby. The rooms are typical, Greek, basically furnished but it was handy to have a small refridgerator. You have to pay extra for air conditioning and you need it in the summer.
