A one night stay en-route from Heraklion airport with late check in at 1.00 am - greeted by a very friendly reception and shown to a clean spacious room. Great breakfast buffet in the morning. Very reasonable parking at the public parking at the marina just opposite. Highly recommend.

The room was terrible although it was a purchased upgrade. The extra bed for the third person was on a mezzanine where you had to climb a ladder and not stairs. The small mezzanine was boiling hot as the A/C did not cool it. The hall ways had no air conditioning. They would open the windows to get air in when it was 33 degrees celcius outside. The elevator for one person with 1 suitcase not more. Terrible experience. This was a 3 star at best. Shameful that it’s somehow rated a 5 star. Terrible

Good location and service at hotel.
Good location. No bathtub though. Super breakfasts with the best fresh OJ. Many restaurants and shops within walking distance.

Loved this location in the center of Old Town Rethymnon. Hard to find but worth the effort! Make sure you have a balcony view of the city and harbour. Property has two decks for sunning or relaxing. Breakfast is an option and advertised as on the balcony which it was not. We opted for the restaurant option a very short walk away and was not disappointed. Parking is quite a walk away but was easy to access. Heads up, Google Maps takes you to the opposite side of town where there is a boardwalk only.

There’s no free parking as advertised. The bathroom was smaller than shown in the pictures of the room. The shower had a round door like you find in a motor home. It was so small I had a hard time bending over to wash my feet. The bed was too soft for me The view was very nice

Great location for old town
Really good hotel, close to sea and old town. Staff really friendly and helpful. Gym was ok. Pool was sheltered which didn't bother us but wouldn't be for sun worshippers.

Nice boutique hotel close to port and beach
The location of the hotel was excellent, walking distance to good restaurants and shopping. Also easy access to old and new ports and beach. We expected a larger room for our junior suite but we're told it was one of their largest room and had nothing else available when we tried to upgrade.

Great Staff and Restaurant
Overall great experience. Specifically enjoyed the breakfast at the restaurant. The restaurant had very friendly staff (eg. Vasillios) and were accommodating. Always cheerful and pleasant to speak to.

BEST LOCATION IN RETHYMNON...!
My husband and myself, our son and his friend all stayed at Kyma Beach Hotel and we LOVED it! The accomodations were lovely. The morning breakfast and service above excellent! We stayed at Atlantis Beach Hotel last summer and had a very disappointing experience. We LOVE the location and easy access into Rethymnon.

Not great for a long stay!!
The resort was in a fabulous location. However the pool is tiny and in a courtyard with 6 lounge chairs. The beach facilities belong to a sister resort and is very crowded. I had an upgraded room which was fabulous but my friends in a junior suite were disappointed by the size. Good for a couple of nights but not a long stay!

Good city beach property
Very nice place, the configuration of the bathroom is odd, no place to change outside of shower. Great location for Touring and nice beach at sister property. Very nice breakfast and breakfast staff.

Fantastic mini break and lovely hotel
We had an amazing 4 days in Kyma Beach, Rethymno. Lovely area, wonderful top floor room with panoramic views. Staff were excellent, food was good although a little repetative especially breakfast. Overall though a great time and would definately go back to this hotel.

Perfect location with a beautiful view of the harbour and beach and central to the restuarants and old town. Parking in Rethymno can be very difficult but the public Port parking lot across the street takes the hassle out of parking. Major taxi location next to hotel. Staff very friendly and professional. Good breakfast provided.

The hotel is located in the center of the city with a very good view to the harbor and waterfront. Saturday night we could not sleep because of heavy noise outside.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. Die Küche kann ich nicht beurteilen da wir fast immer in der schönen Altstadt gegessen haben. Wir hatten das schönste, aber auch teuerste Zimmer mit Blick auf die Altstadt und den Hafen. Danke

Nettes Hotel ,aber sehr laut an der Strasse gelegen und 200m vom Strand entfernt! Aussenpool zwar vorhanden, aber sehr, sehr winzig und nicht das, was man sich erwartet, wenn man ein Strandhotel bucht!

Ottimo albergo posto appena al di fuori dalla strada del centro antico. Pulizia eccellente e personale molto gentile. Ideally located between the old town and beach
very freindly staff, rooms a bit on the small side, perfect location at the beginning of the old town with lots of bars, restaurants, cafés, shops and 2 minute walk to the beach with free umbrellas, chairs, towels, Free rental of bicycles for hotel guests.

Cote postif:jolie chambre, petit dejeuner correct, a 2 pas des rues animees. Cotes negatifs: la chambres donnent sur une rue tres bruyante, a côté de la station de taxi la plus frequentee le soir, les fenetres n'empeche pas le bruitde passer, le bacon tres très petit est désagréable puisqu'il donne sur la rue, enfin la salle de bain pas pratique le rideau de douche laisse passer l'eau, ça devient vite une piscine. Stationnement difficile Rapport qualité prix tres decevant.
