Really nice motel and friendly staffPosted Sep 19, 2014
Big comfy rooms and very quiet in the room. Have themed rooms if you want to stay in a rainforest or other themes.

Everything is pleasant except suite 2nd bedPosted Sep 8, 2014
Pros: Location - good breakfast, friendly staff, great pool and spa
Cons: Better suite beds
Location: BYU-Idaho 3 miles Yellowstone entrance 60 minutes - we hike Mesa Falls and tubed down the Warm River
The second bed in the suite is a hide abed. They didn't make it up and the mattress was disgustingly stained and extremely uncomfortable. Everything else was good.

Nice hotel close to restraurant and gas stationPosted Sep 4, 2014
Stayed before and found prices reasonable. The breakfast was good but a little more space needed.

little pricey but nice hotelPosted Aug 26, 2014
Pros: Overall a nice hotel. Bed was comfortable and I slept well.
Cons: Room cleaning could have been better. They needed to spend a little time on the details in the bathroom and vacuuming in general. It wasn't bad.
Overall a good experience, except for kids running down the hall screaming. Hotel is nice and clean. My room was reasonably clean. The shower should have been cleaner but it was ok. I come to Rexburg about once a month with work. I will probably stay again if they have rooms available.

Clean, comfortable stopover hotelPosted Aug 11, 2014
Cons: The mini-fridges are nice, but ones with bigger freezers would be helpful. Hot chocolate would also be great for the kids in all of us. :-)
Location: This was near the freeway, Applebee's, and a gas station.
Located near the freeway and within cat-swinging distance from Applebee's (not that you should be swinging any cats), this hotel was perfect for a quick stopover on a trip through the area. Our room was large and well-appointed with mini-fridge, microwave, flat-screen TV, large writing desk, armoir, sofa, and large bathroom (we were in a room designed for handicapped individuals, so I cannot vouch for the size or amenities in other rooms). The indoor pool and hot tub area was clean. There is even a pool table in the pool room. How great is that?! Breakfast was included in the hotel rate and was from 6:00 - 10:00, perfect for us early risers or folks on business trips. The selection was a bit better than at most hotels: biscuits and gravy, waffles, sausage potatoes, cereals, etc. Not a lot of fresh fruit and the doughnuts weren't much to write home about (although, on the flip side, they had doughnuts!), but otherwise I was impressed.

Exceeded expectationsPosted Jul 20, 2014
Pros: Large clean rooms, helpful staff, convenience and great breakfast.
Cons: Not a thing.
Location: It is a nice drive to Yellowstone National Park (1 1/2 hr drive via the scenic bypass) and about 2 miles from Yellowstone Bear Park.
I stayed at the Americinn on two separate nights on my way in and out of Yellowstone National Park. We found the hotel convenient, well ran, well maintained and with lots of extras that were appreciated. The pool and spa were great, the hot breakfast offered a vast array of items both hot and cold. The hotel was very clean the staff were helpful and friendly. I even mentioned that the hotels in West Yellowstone could take a few lessons from them. I was very happy with the experience and feel it was a good value for the cost. I would definately stay here again.

The hotel staff when we checked in was very nice. The room was very quiet. The breakfast was not impressive. When we came down the first day two hours before breakfast ended there was no food. The eggs, bacon, potatoes all were empty. The waffle batter was empty. No coffee. No milk or yogurt. Even the hot water carafe was empty. We stayed for three days and every day was like this. It didn't matter when you went. There was no food. If you waited around gradually some food items would be refilled. Very disappointing. One evening we overheard staff members discussing how they "would never eat the sausage" at the hotel. That really finished off breakfast all together.

Convenient location. Weak breakfast. Sofa bed was dirty. Overall it was a little dated. Staff was friendly.

Annoying situation-------- but the staff was nice.Posted Jun 10, 2014
When we checked in we discovered that the shower curtain was missing. One was delivered for us to install. Swim towels provided at pool side are bar towels. The breakfast time is to run to 10AM and when we arrived was 8:50 and most things were depleted. They were refreshed piece meal and so there was adequate food.

Nice facilityPosted Jun 1, 2014
Mattresses were really firm. Not really comfy. Breakfast bacon and eggs clearly were powdered and reused
