Nothing stands out or special.

Pros: Pool set up was great. Not just lounge chairs but also had padded seats.
Cons: Listed above. I would only recommend this hotel if you don't mind paying a high price for what is offered.
Location: Location was great.
I was pleased with pool hours. I was glad the "fitness" gym was open 24 hours a day but it is extremely limited for anyone who doesn't just want to walk/run. Because it is so limited, heaven forbid if two people want to use the free weights and share one bench. The bedroom set up was ridiculous. A very small toilet and sink which I had to squeeze into. Next to that was the closet which was bigger then the toilet and sink area. On the other side of both of those was the shower area. Room was "modern/European" which means tiny in English. Breakfast was satisfactory. The young ladies who ran the breakfast area were great. They were the only reason I didn't give the entire staff a three instead of a four rating. The rest of the hotel staff was acceptable. One staff member was friendly to some and "flat, dull and cold" to others. Would I stay again for the price I paid? Only if I had no other options.

Dear Guest, Thank you for your review. I am pleased that you enjoyed our hotel. I have heard from most people that they love the split bathroom. It allows two people to get ready at the same time and provides more square footage than most bathrooms. I will pass on your comments to our staff. Regards, Joseph Sybrowsky General Manager

Great place to stay overall.

Great place to stay. I only noticed a few minor cosmetic repairs that needed to be done. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Pool and exercise facilities were great as well.

Pleasant experience

Posted Sep 21, 2014
Pros: New, modern amenities. Quiet and clean.
Cons: The toilet needs to be in the same room as the shower for more convenience. The closet needs to be slid over and bathroom extended to fit the toilet.
Location: Yellowstone Bear World
We only stayed one night, but it was very pleasant. Check in was very easy and the room was clean and quiet. Would recommend to others.

Just OK

It's a nice and new hotel. Service leaves a bit to be desired, and my personal experience was that housekeeping was subpar. There was a half-eaten ice cream left in the mini fridge, along with hair left from a previous guest in the shower. I showed up to check in at 2:00 PM and there were no rooms ready yet. Perhaps a good summation is that they are literally one of the only hotels in town (there's a tremendous shortage of hotel rooms in Rexburg) and they know it. Therefore there's no motivation to compete for your business.

Dear Guest, Thank you for your comments. They help us improve by giving valuable and needed feedback to our operation. This is not a common practice of ours. I’m sorry that our housekeepers missed a fridge item and a hair in the shower. We have stressed those and more items for their review. We strive for perfection for each guest. Regardless of the number of hotels in Rexburg we hope to be the best hotel to fit the needs of each guest that walks in our doors. -Joseph Sybrowsky General Manager

Perfect For A Night Stay

We were on a roadtrip, needed somewhere to stay for the night. This was a perfect location just off the highway. Clean, big, comfortable rooms. Nice breakfast in the morning. All in all it was very nice.
