Very friendly front desk staff!

Front desk staff both introduced themselves and told me they were there to assist me if I needed anything. Very bubbly and asked me where I was traveling to. The next morning we had a personalized note from them that wished us safe travels to DC. Wow! Talk about building and establishing relationships with your customers. They have it right. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Lots of shopping and restaurants around and the area is clean and felt safe. Stayed one night and would certainly stay again.

Ladder in pool only had two steps instead of thre.

Overall very good except for the pool ladder only had two steps instead of three but one was missing made it very hard to get out of the pool

Extremely Nice Hotel

Pros: I really liked the location of the hotel since it was very close to my daughter's apartment complex there.
Cons: No improvements needed
Location: There were lots of nice restaurants nearby and fun places to shop.
The Fairfield Inn & Suites was a wonderful hotel that provided a delicious breakfast for us each morning, and the room was extremely comfortable. The room contained a refrigerator and microwave oven which is quite unusual at most hotels. My husband and I enjoyed everything about this hotel!

Currently being renovated

Pros: The hotel employees were very friendly and the breakfast was great. The bed was comfortable.
Cons: The hotel really does need updating but perhaps they shouldn't put guests so close to where they are renovating.
They were painting during our stay in the rooms on our floor, actually, right next door. There were drop cloths in some of the doorways and the rug in the hallway was a mess. The smell of paint was very strong in the hallway and in our room. Our television didn't work and they really need to replace the towels! They were pretty worn and some were not even white. The room was pretty clean except there was some kind of white powder on the upolstered chair.

Usually a very nice hotel

Pros: I was able to get a very good price on the room.
Cons: Something in that room needs to cleaned...the heating/cooling unit or something to keep it from smelling musty.
I stayed at this hotel before and have always had a good experience. However, this time..not so much. The room smelled musty, the bedding...sheets and pillowcases...did not smell fresh and clean. And a very large centipede crawled across the bathroom floor. The front desk staff didn't seem to concerned about these issues, and while they agreed to spray the room...no room charge credit of any kind was offered.

Nice stay for one night

Booked 2 rooms for an overnight stay. Didn't see much of the hotel. It is in a rather busy part of Reynoldsburg right off Rte. 70 with a lot of shopping around if that is your thing. Traffic may be a problem. The hotel is undergoing some renovations but we didn't mind. Staff was very friendly! Rooms clean and beds comfortable. Breakfast was very nice--some hot and cold options.

Pre Christmas Get Away

It was an anniversary evening and we attended the Shadowbox Live Christmas Hoopla. The room was clean, the accomdations were very nice and the continental breakfast was very nice. We enjoyed our stay.
