Close to I-70

Pros: Friendly staff
Cons: Clean the floors
Location: Right off of I-70
Staff very friendly. Room clean but facility dirty and no elevator. For a one night stay it's cool more than that go to a better neighborhood or district.

Staying en route to the airport.

Pros: Price was reasonable, and close to airport.
Cons: Some of the facilities seemed like they could use a little cosmetic work. That was all I saw, just some cracks in the ceiling, maybe where water???
Location: Airport, shopping.
Staff was VERY friendly and helpful, as I think I lost my class ring there, and they were going to call me and see if they found it or not, which was GREATLY appreciated! Thanks to them for everything, even though I didn't need much of anything. Arrived late and left early to get to airport, which was VERY close.

Nothing to write home about. Very smoky corridores. Room was okay. Bottle caps near the bed, bathroom had hair on the floor. Could be cleaner. Breakfast had no eggs, only waffles, toast, muffins. We booked because this hotel is pet freindly.

For price not horrible, but needs refurbished. No elevator. Carpet in hallways is ripped in places. Room was clean but way too much air freshener/ cologne used.

Cons: Heather's professional manner when assisting guest.

My experience this year was satisfactory. When I arrived Amanda the desk personnel who checked me into the hotel was very pleasant and helpful even though she was confused on how to register me since I was paying cash for one night and the remaining invoice was being paid on a different credit card than what was used to make my reservation. I do applaud her for researching and finding out even though it delayed my check in. My big disappointment was with Heather on my check out. Unfortunately, my meeting ran over and I arrived back at the hotel later than planned. While trying to eat a fast meal and pack at the same time housekeeping dropped by and I informed them that I was packing to move out of the room. She informed me that the front desk would be calling me. This is when my encounter with Heather began. The call was what I label "professionally rude". Even after explaining my dilemma I was told I had until 12:30 pm to vacate the room (exactly 7 mins) and even though I consistenly repeated that I was in the process of packing, all I received over the phone in a very stern and cold voice was "You only have until 12:30 pm" I have been staying at this hotel for about 5 years when I attend the same conference each year and even though the area has changed drastically, I have always enjoyed my stay and have encouraged other attendees of my conference to stay here as well. But in all my years of staying I have never felt or received the treatment of being kicked out

Pros: Good: Decent TV and cable reception, nice front desk staff, close to many medium priced dining options, close to freeway.
Cons: Change label from 'airport', housekeeping needs better management

Nice but needs some care.

Location: Not far from Columbus.
The hotel was nice. Close to where we needed to be. Had 2 rooms. One room, the sink was semi-clogged and couldn't get it fixed to the next day. The other room had a musty smell. It needed some air freshener. Beds were very comfortable. Water pressure for the showers was great. Price was very reasonable. I'd recommend this hotel if the rooms smell fresher.

I was in town for a family funeral and then had an emergency and was unable to stay the second night I was with my 87 year old mother and had to leave La Quinta is refusing to credit me for that night that I did not use very disappointed I'm calling customer service on Monday
