Nice, quiet and comfortable hotel
The Neckarsulm hotel is located a few kilometers from the highway therefore it takes the time to find it. The hotel is located in the office neighborhood and it was quite quiet. It is too bad that there is no free parking around there. The room and the bathroom were very clean with enough space for 2 people. My wife and I really enjoyed the comfy beds and very comfortable beddings. Unfortunately we found the breakfast for 16 Euro per person being very expensive and not attractive at all.

Hotel that takes your money but doesn't let you in
The hotel had refused the stay. They said it was due to new regulations. They needed a PCR test which we didn't have. They then refused to give back the money I paid for the room. They said it was their terms and conditions. Terrible service! Terrible hotel. Never i will book again.

Hotel is apparently just built for visitors of kaufland/lidl and audi Rooms are expensive for what they are (ultimately like an ibis hotel) Free Internet in lobby is so slow that it is unusable and costs 13 EUR in the room, not acceptable Nice breakfast though

Smart hotel in convenient location
A quality hotel at a good price, very convenient for an overnight stop whilst mid journey. Excellent service, clean and comfortable. Onsite restaurant, and a cooked breakfast was available along with the other usual selection found in German hotels.

The hotel was easily accessable and very clean. The staff was very accomodating as the reservation may not have clearly indicated a room for three and the inital room provided was only for two persons. The front desk quickly remedied the situation without any fuss. The room was clean and comfortable and the hotel appears new and has a very attractive lobby.

Okay für kurzen Aufenthalt
Wir waren schon öfter in diesem Hotel,da es für unseren Zweck eine gute Lage hat. Leider wird immer mehr gespart.Im Bad keine Gläser,sondern Pappe Becher zum Zähne putzen und die Matratzen rutschen vom Bett. Minibar war mal und es ist nur noch ein leerer Schrank. Kein Schuhanzieher,Putzzeug oder knabberein

Personal freundlich, Zimmer schon um 13 Uhr verfügbar. Heizung hat leider nicht funktioniert, auch war das Zimmer sehr dunkel. Deckenlampe wäre gut gewesen
