“No frills but fine”

We wanted a cheap place for an overnight stay at peak season in Eagle River, and that's what we got. Although the inn is right off of Highway 45 we weren't bothered by traffic noises. The room was worn but clean. The shower was fine. The inn has a nice deck on the river where guests can hang out--we weren't there long enough to try it but it looked inviting. The only drawback of our stay was that the window-unit air conditioner was inconveniently located behind a heavy room-darkening curtain, so all the cool air went into the curtain. Other than that it was fine for what we wanted.

“On the water!”

It was a very comfortable stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. The waterways were beautiful.We brought our dog and found no problem with that. Great deal for the price.We would stay there again.
