Rooms smelled rancid of vomit and cigarettes as well as hallways! Went to another room after complaining and it too smelled and half the lights didn’t work! There’s a reason the entire hotel was empty! The lady up front was extremely creepy as she just stood at the doorway watching us reload our vehicle after refusing to stay here! Got a room somewhere and so thankful we did! The us hotel needs some help!

Bed was hard and pillows like rocks. Terrible showerhead in the bathroom. Room had a smell like old carpet, not clean. Had to call 3 times to have tv fixed. We liked that it was pet friendly. Wouldn't recommend it or stay there again. Too expensive for the bad quality.

This was a nice stay but the hotel does need some updating and painting - fixing here and there. The door to our room (1019) was rubbing the the door frame very hard on the door lock side - this good be a problem to some older folks or physically deficient people in an emergency situation. Also the bathtub drain was a bit slow to drain .

Good, not stupendous, would stay again though. Breakfast, hot/cold cereal, toast, bagels, pastries, make your own waffles,fruit. Was hoping for eggs and meat, but oh well.

Check in was easy, room was clean, bed was decent, pillows were small but ok. Breakfast was nice but a few more options would be nice. Close to town and a gas station right next door.

Hot tub not working, window frame broken with cold air blasting through. Cheap low quality bathroom amenities and continental breakfast. Beds not comfortable.
Nice location and overall a decent hotel however there were two things we weren't happy about. The hot tub has peeling paint and was closed : ( Also the only thing "hot" for breakfast was a waffle. We travel with kids and were terribly disappointed with the breakfast offerings. For the price of the hotel, we expected a decent breakfast with at least a hot egg dish and bacon or sausage. Might stay here again but definately will check on hot tub status first and bring our own breakfast!!

The noise level in the all outside our room and above us was terrible. Apparently children are allowed to run up and down the hallway and stairs using it as a playground.

Room was decent. Had an issue with the toilet, but they handled the situation quickly and efficiently. Great customer service. Free breakfast not too great. The beds were not super comfortable but they were good enough. I would definitely come back.
