The hotel staff was great! We got half board which was okay. Alcohol isn’t included but we thought we could eat at some of the hotels restaurants with this option. That is not the case. Only the main dining room can be used and only a discount is given at restaurants. They had theme nights with food options which again was okay. For example seafood night. In the event that you don’t like fish there were only a couple of things I could eat. Kind of limited and disappointing. We traded and got a lunch versus dinner one day and there were limited options. No hamburgers, hotdogs, salads, etc. just much of the same as dinner, really. It needs improvement. The room was beautiful but bath lighting was terrible. It was so dark my husband couldn’t see to shave well and putting on my makeup was terrible. There aren’t bathroom outlets so I went to the desk to get ready. My friends bathroom was better and it seemed that lights had been updated. The indoor pool was $12EU a day to use and considered part of the spa. There are several things we learned once we were there. Still a nice hotel but these things and signing things like the location of the elevators on floors was an opportunity.

Perfectly located, quality hotel.
Lovely hotel perfectly situated between the airport and old Rhodes town. Easy cab ride to the town. There is plenty of pool space and there were plenty of very comfortable sun beds. Service around the pool is excellent for drinks and snacks. The dining area was large and very comfortable for breakfast. Our room was large with a huge bed, bigger than a super king. The hotel staff were very friendly. There was entertainment most nights. We had a lovely stay.

Great resort and perfect for families. Very large swimming area with plenty of lounges and towels available, with app based ordering for beverages and snacks your lounge. Kids club is available and the girls who look after the kids are amazing, they have it available every day apart from Monday, great for parents to leave their kids in safe hands. The staff are amazing and always friendly, smiling and willing to help made our stay very relaxing and pleasant. We were half board and had breakfast and dinner at the resort, the food offering was good and a large selections of food, fresh fruits, desserts, you can't be bored by the variety. They also have ala carte available if you wish. Amazing resort and thank you for the great stay.

Fantastic hotel. Beautiful, clean and service was outstanding. We were made to feel special from the moment that we arrived until the time we left. All the facilities you would expect and a good outdoor pool and amazing spa with indoor pool and jacuzzi and a full range of treatments available. Room was a good size and bed was large and comfortable. Bathroom had an excellent shower and jet bath. I recommend getting a room with a private pool as it was great to jump in and cool off after a long hot day and the view of the sea was breathtaking. Food options are incredible and you are spoilt for choice at the breakfast buffet with everything you could want and it all tastes great. Dinner was equally great and all of the hotel restaurants produce some exceptionally tasty dishes. The hotel app is also great for making reservations and ordering food and drinks by the pool. Only a 10 minute drive from the main town and well so location was good. Nothing to criticize here at all as our experience of this hotel was flawless and one we won't forget. I couldn't rate this place more highly. It is definitely worthy of the 5 star rating and all of the great reviews from other guests that I checked before making my booking. You won't regret staying here.

Relaxing Break
Really enjoyed our relaxing stay. Room was great with super views over swimming pool & the sea. Excellent variety of food at buffet breakfast. Sadly sun loungers are ‘reserved’ early morning-this should not be allowed. Pool drinks expensive €5.50 for an instant decaf coffee!

It was more than fantastic. The hotel is amazing . Rooms are very clean. The staff are welcoming and very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is super. The guy who was doing the eggs ( Alexderos) is professional. Also, Tereeza the girl that works in welcoming in the breakfast is very kindly. I highly recommend.

Staff were all incredibly hospitable and attentive to their guests’ needs. Cleanliness was great and on another level. The location of the hotel was ideal, situated on a beautiful beachfront and 10 minutes drive from the Old Town. Amazing food as well. Truly above and beyond a 5 star rating! Would come back here anytime as our stay was only 4 nights.

The staff were excellent - always smiling & friendly. The only slight disappointment is the beach. Not the hotels fault so cannot mark them down for it but the beach is not a nice one.

Super clean, wonderful service
Great service and super clean. Looks better than the pictures. Avoid the 9th floor restaurants, they are the only thing in the hotel that require improvement
