Spent 2 nights there in september. Alex, Kyle and Duncan were wonderful. Good directions, restaurant recommendations (mama sophia and manolis dinoris very good) and car rental arrangements (butterfly car rental just for day trip to lindos and beach since no cars/parking anywhere near hotel). Great breakfast. Room comfortable. Our room was an ex knights of st john chapel so a little cave like. I suspect the upstairs rooms are brighter.
It is hard to find although close to everything else in the old city. They'll come and get you and see you off at the taxi. Alex's directions are excellent. I relied too much on open street map/citymaps2go - works great until the battery died at 2:30 am. Duncan cheerfully came and collected us at the "illuminated mosque"
By the way google maps is currently shows an incorrect location and is uniformly just about useless in Rhodes town. Political problem

My wife and I visited the resort in early May ( we thought an deal time to go to Rhodes - as the it's not high season and the weather, an ideal 25- 30 degrees).
Overall, we had a great relaxing stay .
The welcome was warm, friendly and the client relations rep did a great job in explaining everything. Overall the staff in reception, restaurant, spa, pool side, housekeeping were all excellent - courteous, friendly helpful and accommodating with requests e.g. a kettle in the room.
The resort is well laid out, spacious and well maintained throughout as befits a 4/5 star resort. Whilst we were in early season and the hotel not full, one felt that even at capacity, there would be a feeling of space and relaxation. The Junior Suite with the Jacuzzi on a private terrace that we had booked was very clean, comfortable, well appointed and looked exactly like the pictures on the website – with daily linen changes/turn down service.
We had a room/breakfast deal and the breakfast buffet - variety/preparation/quality was good solid stuff. The room service is quick, well presented and food quality good. We ate one evening at the restaurant - good - not gourmet. A note : whilst there are 5 restaurants advertised – actually there was only one in operation at any time – excluding the cafe – maybe too early in season ?
Would certainly stay there again and would recommend strongly to couples looking for a relaxing break.

Immaculately clean with wonderful staff. The service was second to none & the proximity to the beach was perfect for my husband who swam everyday in a very clean & warm sea. Don't miss the huge bean bags on the raised decking on the private beach which we loved. None of the balconies attracted any sun as the building is North facing but they did have a roof top terrace complete with two hot tubs which was really a lovely facility. Steam & sauna super. Small heated indoor pool & extensive spa, although we thought the spa prices were high. The cocktail bar is another nice area which we enjoyed most evenings. The building is not really within walking distance of Lindos Village but a taxi was only 8 euros there & bizarrely 6 eruos back. The professional photo's on their website are an exact replica of what you get when you arrive.

Boutique 5 was everything we hoped it would be, the room was a 'superior junior suite with private pool' and surpassed our expectations. The huge bed was incredibly comfortable, the room spacious and perfectly climatised with auto AC. There was a Tassimo coffee machine and coffee cups(bring your own Tassimo pods as you have to pay for the mini bar ones), well stocked mini bar which we actually didn't use. Our private pool was definitely an asset and the private beach had lots of umbrellas, fresh towels and ridiculously comfy sun-loungers plus a waiter to cater for any snacks or drinks requirements. The staff were lovely, helpful and always good humoured. We spent a week here and it was the most relaxing and enjoyable experience, we would definitely go back next year.
On arrival or booking we were not offered a 'half board' or 'Set Menu' option for dinner, and the 'Fine dining' menu was a little limited and very expensive (although it was delicious and beautifully presented). We ended up going outside the hotel to a nearby excellent greek restaurant several times and feel the hotel missed out unwittingly as we would definitely have stayed in the lovely surroundings if a 'Set Menu" had been available.

An excellent hotel for our recent visit to Rhodes Town.Location was perfect with good pool area luxury sunbeds
sexy music and a beach next door.
Price for food and drinks around the hotel was reasonable for the standard of hotel and service.
The breakfast arrangement however was a little disappointing.

this hotel treated us like royalty, the staff seemed to know our every need before we had even thought of it. the room was beautiful. the views over the bay and the adriatic sea were wonderful. The walk to and from the beach was steep but possible and as soon as we arrived back at the hotel with the wet beach towels (supplied by the hotel) they were replaced with clean dry ones ready for our next outing. the food was excellent.

This was our 2nd trip to Rhodes, but this time we wanted a top hotel in the old town of Rhodes.
The hotel down plays it's location but in reality it is on the famous Street of the Knights which is probably one of the most photographed locations in Rhodes!
It is literally 30-40 metres from the grand palace entrance. And maybe 150 metres from the top of Socrates street with all of the shops, bats and Restaurants. The street also is host to a couple of consular offices inc France and opposite the Italian one.
Spiros the hotel manager was fantastic and seemed to be there 24/7 and nothing was ever a problem for him.
Food and drinks were excellent with the outside area for dining having tables in the sun or shaded by the mature trees.
Air conditioning was permanently on but set at a very comfortable level and meant returning to a chilled room after a hot day in Rhodes was a welcome return home to base.
Unlike many hotels in Rhodes there is plenty of hot water even for a family like ours with 3 female water babies.
This was one holiday which we would have been happy to stay on forever.
