Excellent rooms

We stayed in the adults only area in a room with a pool view. The rooms are amazingly comfortable and the balcony to the pool is very pleasant ! The bathroom is very large and comfort. Breakfast is good and wealthy. The only bad thing I got to say it that they requested 3 EUR for ice when ordering from the room service.. we had to go to the main bar to get some...

Beautiful resort

Positive: The resort facilities are brand new. We got an upgrade from a Junior suite to a VIP panoramic suite as it was low season (start of April) and we were delighted with it, private pool included :-) Breakfast was included in our booking and the buffet was very good & varied. We had dinner (buffet and a choice of fish or meat as main dish) twice at the hotel's main restaurant Da Vinci and thought that the quality was good and it was good value for money. Negative: There was a problem with the aircon in the room which caused a leak with an annoying noise one of the nights but it was fixed pretty quickly. As it was the start of the season the bus service was not working yet and we had to use taxis to visit Rhodes town (15-minute taxi ride). Just fyi: the taxi fare will include a commission when booked from the hotel. In general, we were very happy with the hotel premises and service.

very nice place across from the road from the beach. Low rise buildings between swimming pools. Much better than other high rise hotels in the neighborhood. Great breakfast and wonderful staff working in dinning area.

1. It did not give you any 5-star feeling. You are not received by any employee who helps you with the baggage from taxi to the reception. 2. Reception ppl was very strange - no 5-star feeling there either. They kept information abt what we could get in our no worries package which is NOT all inclusive. 3. Same food for 4 days, then they start over again. For us who where there for 2 weeks it got borring. 4. They do not clean the room proper at all. We who had a baby with us - this was not ok! We could not let the baby on the floor. 5. Bar - only the team leader was good at his work, but everyone under him was soooo lazy! 6. We will not choose this hotel again. You paid to much. We will rate this as 4-star hotel. No proper cleaning, no service. Only good thing was the pool and other guests.

Hotel was not five star. Rooms were basic. Breakfast was terrible, boiled egg was raw !! Pools nice and reception area nice

Not 5 star service!

First of all i would like to say that this hotel and its facilities are very good and definately has the potential to be a 5 star hotel but it is not at the moment. The service from the staff is not 5 star at all. On the first day we checked in at 11:45pm and we were taken to a room in the main building and our view was gravel when we had booked and paid for a poolside room. We went straight downstairs and said that we were in the wrong room the guy on the desk said we would be moved as soon as we had breakfast in the morning but not now as it was late. The next day we were not given our room until 1:00pm, and that was after a bit of argueing and we were told by 3 other guests they had all been put in the main building when they had paid for poolside rooms. One morning we went down to breakfast at 9:15 sat down with our food and drinks and were told to move as the table we sat as was being set up for the dinner service even though there were loads of people on the tables around us! Also they have a drinks menu with lots of cocktails (quite expensive about 8.50 Euros each) but they dont know how to make any of them we had to wait half an hour for a Pimms. And then it was undrinkable and money wasted. When you are talking to staff on reception if the phone rings they will just walk away from you to answer it mid conversation. I could list lots of things wrong with this place, mostly how we were treated by the staff. It does have the potential to be a great hotel. But not yet.

We were so excited to stay at this hotel - neither of us are too picky so most of these things wouldn't have mattered if we weren't expecting 5 star quality. 1. Our king bed was two singles pushed together - usually meant someone had to sleep on the crack 2. The TV had NO channels - I mean NONE! We watched ice skating in german a couple times :) 3. You had to pay extra to play ping pong and billiards - euro per game?! Movies for rent on the TV were 12 Euro which is also a bit steep. No free wi-fi in our room either 4. Weather was too cold for the pool so we were excited about the hot tub - however it was not heated either and only had one functioning jet!!!! I thought this place opened last year??? 5. No matter if we were early or later the food was always cold... that might just be a buffet thing?! However, the staff was really lovely and our room was ALWAYS immaculate. Our sliding door walked out onto a nice pool and we had our own loungers we never had to fight for. Still had a great time in Rhodes - but wouldn't say this is a five star resort...
