“Fantastic”

This hotel was fantastic. The food and beverage included in the price was unexpected and a joy. The view from our balcony was extraordinary, especially at sun rise. Would recommend it strongly.

“Very impressed, would like to have stayed longer!”

Awesome inclusive hotel. Pools and poolside bar were a great combination for sun worshiping. Lunch and dinner buffets had a large variety of foods and desserts. Never woke in time to check out the breakfast but there were some sandwiches and dessert breads available when we came to. We closed the lounge one night, bartenders are very generous with the cocktails and most guests were quite social.

“The food let it down!”

The hotel was vey nice although they are more little apartments than a standard hotel. Our room was great, although only two of us they gave us a room that slept 4 so it had an additional bedroom, which was useful as we were 2 friends staying together. There are two large pool areas which mean we always got a place by the pool what ever time of the day. My gripes are that breakfast is only served till 10am which was a little early for us and there is no food available till lunch at half 12. I did not enjoy the food at lunch and I found it very frustrating that you can not even buy any food at the hotel. (the shop did sell crisps etc)Dinner was more enjoyable although we did eat out for all but 1 night. It's worth pointing out that the snack bar is a small fridge holding a few stale sandwiches. The hotel was mainly German and even the evening entertainment was in German. The hotel was close enough for the town centre although if I was to go back, I would probably stay somewhere else

“Stalag Luca”

Fantastic Grounds. The Gardens were beautiful. However: the matress was rock hard; the sheets were too small for the bed; the pools were badly in need of maintenance; the room was badly in need of maintenance; the Camp animatori piped their concert of (bad) covers of ABBA and Eagles Songs across the camp PA system (loud even in the room) so you had to listen to it whether you wanted to or not! These concerts went from 8pm to 11:30pm, and were dire.

“Not impressed at all”

A lot of children and adult activities, as long as you speak German. All the staff only spoke Greek or German, with the exception of the reception staff. Several hotel and room features mentioned are not correct or are imcomplete: definitely no multilingual staff, no internet access (when questioned, the reception staff tolds us that there was an internet cafe downtown), to have the safe or a refrigerator in your room you have to pay an extra fee, and housekeeping is not available on Sundays, so if you need anything or want your room clean, you have to do it yourself.
