Very grand hotel right on the beach with great pools. The interior is a bit dated but very clean. The staff was very helpful and accommodating and we had no issues checking in late at night. We rented one of their cars from the desk in the hotel lobby and it was very convenient. Free parking onsite. The first three nights the AC did not work and we didn't say anything since we thought maybe that's the way it was. Decided to say something and they did have someone come to fix it the next morning but it still never got really cold in the room. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Cleanliness was excellent. Food was good and varied enough. Good on sight shop. Lift was a bit annoying. There weren't many children when we stayed.

Amazing hotel
The deluxe rooms in this hotel are amazing. Perfect for a family, allowed the kids to have their space as well as a separate room for us. Spread over two floors, great design. Two balconies, two TVs, two fridges, upstairs and downstairs. The hotel entertainment was great for all, hotel staff were helpful and the restaurant breakfast was fab, lots of choice, set us up for the day. Shops within the hotel and others walking distance as well as other good restaurants, Mamas Kicthen and Kastri we’re both authentic. Definitely worth a stay.

Overall a nice property...
So we upgraded to Oceanside & so happy we did. We weren’t part of the all inclusive package but only breakfast and felt they needed more bartenders at night. Also only one elevator worked out of 2 which was horrible. Great staff and nice stores on property. Buffet was delicious! Thought there was a free airport shuttle ~ not the case 30 Euros each way...

The most miserable people ever!!
I have travelled all over the world, and I have never stayed in a hotel with staff who were so miserable. I was the only English guest, other nationalities were French, German & Russian. When I walked through reception any time of day and night I smiled and said hello, and there was no response. I was staying on a BB basis and when I asked for a drink at the bar they asked if I was all inclusive I relied no he served, and asked for the money, I wanted to put it on my room, but he demanded I pay there and then without a please or thank you. This happened several times. A few positive the rep Carleen was fantastic, kind and helpful, and the staff in the shop spoke, and smiled every time I visited.

A smokers dream hotel
Bed too soft I think it was showing it's age the bed dipped in the middle. Didn't like paying 7 euro for beach sunbeds next door at the Calypso they were free. Sometimes waiting up to 10 minutes for bar service. About a third of the hotel had stomach upsets. Animation team good. All inclusive drinks limited. Not enough Greek dishes in the restaraunt. You had to walk through outside terrace which was full of smokers,so if you didn't smoke then it was a big problem,we had to drink inside most nights.

Great hotel
The hotel is great. The rooms are recently refurnished. The sea view was wonderful. The food plenty and tasteful. The staff really friendly. The beach is one minute from the pool. The only minus is the pool size and the few umbrellas around the pool. But overall we were very pleased and we recommend this hotel

Wonderful stay
Lovely hotel. Spacious clean room overlooking pool and sea. Lots of daytime activities around the pool. Food excellent. All inclusive alcohol eg wine not excellent at meals but I guess can't be expected. All inclusive drinks great outside of meals. Would have been good to have a take out lunch facility as rarely stayed in the hotel all day. Entertainment each night, some excellent some not so. Staff very friendly. Pool large and very nice. All in all great stay.

This is a family resort which wasn't mentioned in it's description. The buffet food was plentiful with a lot of variety but quite bland in taste. No additional restaurants to go to. They do not book any English speaking tours from their site.

Une excesemaine. Grand hotel de plage. Type all inclusive. Nourriture abondante mais qualité très décevante, pas vraiment typée grecque. Salle à manger type cafétéria. Belle plage mais aucun contrôle sur l'occupation des transats, resultat tous réservés avant 10h et pour beaucoup, pas vraiment utilisés toute la journée Personnel sympathique Pas jn lieh calme (animation, voisinage là pour faife la fête)

Eten goed en warm, elke dag ander thema met eten. Wel erg massaal. Wij hadden all in dus de hele dag door kan je dan drinken en pizza/wafels halen. Alles prima geregeld alleen wel druk bij waar je eten en drinken kan halen. Verder prima hotel wel iets veroudere badkamers/interieur hotel

Härligt hotell direkt vid stranden.
Rent, snyggt, fräscht familjehotell. Mycket aktiviteter för barn och vuxna. Trevlig personal! Perfekt läge vid stranden. Fint SPA med mycket kunnig personal. Mycket bra frukostbuffé !

Ho avuto un po’ di problemi con la cena, io sono celiaca ma, nonostante fossero segnalati i vari vassoi con alimenti senza glutine, la contaminazione purtroppo era possibilissima visto l’elevato numero di ospiti. Ottima la spiaggia privata

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt. Das Familienzimmer war genial und wir als Familie hatten eine tolle Zeit. Das Essen im Hotel war auch lecker und ausreichend. Grosses Buffet und das Personal war sehr hilfreich und zuvorkommend. Wir hatten auch ein Auto im Hotel gemietet und das hat super funktioniert. Um die Insel zu besuchen ist es eine super Idee. Ich würde jedem dieses Hotel empfehlen.

Un bon choix pour les enfants et les ados avec notamment l’équipe d’animateurs français. Les chambres deluxe sont confortables. La restauration est correcte. Pas mal de transat autour de la piscine et sur la plage. La plage comporte des galets. . Le bus collectif passe devant l’hôtel pour vous emmener à Rhodes ou à lindos. Club hôtel avec beaucoup de monde : 50% allemand ou russe

Zimmer mit wunderschönen Meerblick, Animation sehr gut und engagiert, sehr schöner Hotelstrand (inkl.), Hotelpersonal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Essensauswahl sehr groß aber jeden Tag fast dasselbe, Eiis nicht empfehlenswert schmeckt künstlich, auf der Terrasse sind die vielen Vögel die auf essen warten und fast keine Scheu vor Menschen mehr haben etwas störend!

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances dans cet hotel. Les installations, les services et la plage ont été au niveau de nos attentes. Très bon raport qualité/prix. Chambre impeccable, très moderne et propre. Le service de la chambre très bon. Vue mer magnifique. Parties communes bien entretenues. Personnel agréable. La plage est superbe. Il personale cordiale e disponibile, ma l'albergo non è di categoria a 4 stelle, unica nota di merito per i letti super comodi. La tessera per entrare in camera continuava a non funzionare, ogni due giorni dovevo tornare in reception per chiedere di sistemarla. Minibar inesistente, offerte due bottiglie d'acqua, ma avrei anche pagato giustamente il dovuto, se fosse stato rifornito. I teli mare, cambiabili unicamente ogni due giorni, ma ad orari improbabili, visto che la spa apriva dalle 10.00 alle 16.00, quindi o si rimaneva sulla spiaggia di fronte all'albergo (nettamente inferiore rispetto alle altre dell'isola) oppure, come capitato a me, il telo mare non si riusciva a cambiarlo. Animazione non pervenuta. Colazione discreta.

Positivo, ma con diverse perplessità sulla qualità
La cosa più assurda che ci è successa in questo albergo è che per due giorni consecutivi non abbiamo avuto acqua in camera e alle nostre richiesta di spiegazioni alla reception ci hanno detto in entrambi i giorni che il tecnico stava provvedendo e che l'acqua sarebbe arrivata a scaglioni in base ai piani......noi che eravamo al sesto piano praticamente abbiamo avuto l'acqua intorno alle 21!! Fortunatamente appena in tempo prima che il ristornante chiudesse. Degli aspetti positivi di questo albergo sono i servizi presenti che lo rendono abbastanza completo: parcheggio gratuito, spa, piscina esterna, negozi, vari ristoranti anche alla carte, bar, piscina con scivoli per bambini, personale sempre disponibile e cortese. Punti negativi la qualità di tutti i servizi. A cominciare dal mangiare che per quanto fosse vario ma qualitativamente scarso. Per quanto riguarda la piscina secondo me è antiquata in quanto non a sfioro e con un importante dislivello che per un bambino può rappresentare un problema oltre che un problema di pulizia perchè avendo tracimazione da tutti i lati l'acqua risulta ovviamente più torbida. Per quanto riguarda la Spa ha dei costi elevati ma non all'altezza del servizio. Tutto sommato la vicinanza a Rodi e a 40 minuti da Lindos e il fatto che si trovi sulla spiaggia lo rendono sicuramente un hotel da prendere in considerazione.

resort di un certo tono, molto pulito, tranquillo,con piscina , mare e spa. posizione stupenda, mare e spiaggia splendidi. cortesia del personale e pulizia perfetta il giorno del mio compleanno mi hanno portato in camera una splendida torta per festeggiarmi

Ottimo hotel con ogni servizio e comfort, staff gentile , bellissima spiaggia. Camere spaziose e pulite, come anche l'area esterna. Ottimo il servizio all inclusive. Con bevande e cibo in qualsiasi ora. Posizione buona per raggiungere le principali città.
