However, it is disappointing to read that you were not completely satisfied with our service and staff. We would like to point out that the hotel is currently at full capacity as July is one of the high season months. It is to be expected that some departments of the hotel and especially the buffet restaurant may be overcrowded during peak hours. For this reason, we always recommend that our guests do not visit the hotel departments during peak hours.
