Best breakfastPosted Jul 4, 2014 on Hotels.com
This is a convenient central location. The staff are friendly with a somewhat family feel. They were happy to give advice, and when I told them I was vegetarian they offered me a delightful, substantial and delicious omelette for my breakfast. Parking is in a nearby street. The room was small but comfortable though a bit tired with a minute en-suite! Sound travels up from the bar but things quieten down by around 11 and I had a good nights sleep.

Can't fault this hotel - perfect locationPosted Jul 2, 2014 on Hotels.com
Perfect location for the centre of Rhyl. Friendly welcome when arrived, clean spacious room and great breakfast. Stayed here as I was taking part in the Rhyl Runfest - the start was facing the hotel. Just don't want to let too many people know about this hotel, as I'm doing the race next year and want to get a room!

Great servicePosted May 2, 2014 on Hotels.com
A warm welcome with great friendly service during our stay. Hotel looks dated on outside and the communal areas could do with a little TLC but the rooms are great. Ours was spacious spotlessly clean and well decorated. The TV was tiny given the room size it could easily benefit from a 24 - 32 inch TV Bed was really comfortable The bathroom was very clean but the shower is a little on the small side. Nice toiletries and good towels Breakfast offered a choice of cereals yoghurts and a cooked breakfast. Mushrooms were just fabulous but one sausage and one bacon left me feeling a little peckish Overall we really enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay there again

Pier HotelPosted Apr 27, 2014
Cons: Removal of the sign on the bedroom door urging guests to be mindful of using too much electricity as their electric bill was £450 last month,
Location: Nice restaurant across the road called "The Taste Academy2

One night stay over for a night outPosted Apr 21, 2014
Did what it said on the can for a nice one night stay at a good price. Staff are great position is great. Basic but so was the price. Would happily use again. Shower needed in the room and a modern tv but if you improve much the price goes up so maybe best left as it is.

small, friendly sea front hotelPosted Apr 7, 2014
Pros: hndy location and reasonably priced
Cons: decor in places could maybe do with upgrading but hotel is very clean and presentable
Location: right on sea front but only a couple of minutes stroll into town
really friendly small hotel right on the sea front. rooms are basic but spotlessly clean and the public areas of the hotel are warm and comfortable. The owners are friendly and welcoming and the breakfast is simply fabulous. Child friendly so nice and relaxing
