Good value hotel
After a smooth check-in, I got a spacious modern room with a nicely appointed ensuite that had a good large shower. Overall the hotel had a friendly and helpful atmosphere. It also had a good secure underground carpark (accessable by lift from within the hotel) I arrived about 5pm on a Saturday and the attached restaurant's kitchen was closed so I had to make do with a takeaway but that (as well as a large supermarket) was closeby, about 7min drive. The hotel is located in an industrial estate and so is easy to get to by car with Sat nav. The only 2 small negatives were that I couldn't get the TV to work and the toilet bowl was loose, but that was just my room on that occasion. I would have no problem staying there again.

Great stopover hotel
This is first class budget hotel with large rooms,helpfull staff, great beds and food available in the complex.The only negative from us is that the pillows were too flat. You need to sort out your system and tell us what the ratings mean,I have assumed 5 was best rating.

If you arrive on a Sunday night after 7pm on Jan 3rd then you need to enter all your details to gain entry. Not too difficult but after an 11 hour drive !

Cheap accommodation in Rioja country
This is a basic business hotel in a bleak industrial park. The decor of the rooms is "interesting" but perfectly acceptable. The café adjoining is excellent with friendly helpful service. Allowed us to escape the tyranny of Spanish meal scheduling.

Excellent stopover for Bilbao ferry
We booked a two night stay to break a long journey from the south and have an easy start for an early ferry departure from Bilbao, one hour away. We were very impressed with the hotel and will use it again. There is a restaurant that serves tasty food that is good value, menu del dia 10euros. The free breakfast was basic but sufficient. The location is an industrial estate but there is secure garage parking which was important to us as we had all our belongings packed into the car. The room was clean and large enough for a family room with a large bathroom. Lastly, we would recommend a couple of nights because the hotel is on the edge of the rioja region and we found plenty to do and see on our couple of days.

This is not what I call a hotel. They close from 11PM till 7AM. This means that you are on your own at night, no matter what happens in the building. There is only a phone number you can call if you have problems accessing the building late at night, but that's it. I had to work the night I stayed there. The Internet stopped working and there was nobody to fix the problem. I just could not work. I also was short of towels, and of course I could not ask for more because there was nobody there. This is not what a hotel should be. What of there's a fire? A quarrel? A problem with the A/C?

One night stop over.
We arrived at the Hotel on Saturday at 18.05 only to be advised that the restaurant closed at 18.00 and would not re-open til 07.30 Monday morning. The staff advised we should drive into Miranda to get a meal. We could not find anywhere in the town centre which served meals. We did then find another Hotel on the outskirts but had to wait til 20.15 when they started serving meals. We could have done without this having driven 600 miles that day!

Well we used for a stop over of 1 night as they accepted our 2 Springer Spaniels who are well behaved. Only fault was the aircon wasn't working and some one had left it on hot ! It was a lovely large room and bathroom. Did have trouble finding it via our sat-nav. Took us to the right road but it was much further along over 4 roundabouts. Can't fault it for value for money . Plus there was a good restaurant next door if one was hungry.

Modern austerity, ".com" type facility. Rooms are spars of decor, but useful and clean. Hard to find, and adjacent to round about...noise. Staff is nice, and helpful. Not near Burgos, but would recommend if "have to be" in Miranda de Ebro.

Good edge of town hotel
Restaurant was closed on day of our visit. There are no other local facilities, but hotel itself was fine.Miranda de ebro is the Crewe of northern Spain i.e. several railways come together, but not much else to recommend it.

IMPORTANT Is in MIRANDA, NOT VITORIA. Perfect for business and for just crash the night, the service is ok, the idea of the hotel is for running it without workers, so they make a nice and cheap hotel.

A last resort type of place...
Sometimes in life, you hope you are getting a bit of a bargain, in terms of hotels - a comfy place to stay, often en route to somewhere else. This is what was hoped for at the 'Hotel Miranda' and not delivered. Yes, it's cheap - but you do expect some basic standards of comfort, whatever you pay. The location - on an industrial estate - wasn't a problem, and - in many ways - neither was the hospital-esque feel to the room.... It was just not very comfy. Awful bed, lots of tiles in the bedroom and just not a very pleasant place to be awake (or asleep!). Use this place as the most desperate of stop gaps, or maybe if your car breaks down nearby... If that's not the case, press on to somewhere else!

Good budget hotel
Overall, this hotel was a good value for the money. It is basic but it is modern and clean. If you are a non-smoker, be sure to request a non-smoking room. The internet was very spotty in my room, but the others may be different and the reception area/cafeteria was fine. There is a supermarket that was nearby, which was nice. It was about a 30 minute drive from most wineries in La Rioja Alta.

The hotel was dreadful. Despite booking a room for 2 adults and 2 children rhe staff argued that I should pY for an additional room and that they knew nothing of it being a family booking (which it clearly stated on the booking). The restaurant was closed because of a very large noisy wedding which went on until 5.00 am, and we had somebody come into our room at 2.00 am as they'd been given the same room kay as ours. Terrible all round.

A good travel hotel but hard to find.
We stayed in this hotel twice over December and January, on our way through Spain. The hotel is quite new and in good condition. The staff were friendly and the area was not noisy. Altogether a good hotel to use when travelling. Down points - on both occasions we had to get very helpful local people to help us find it. Also, the staff are not on duty 24hours so, if you do not have your key card with you, you could find yourself locked outside with no way of getting back in!

De dónde sacan las estrellas?
No es que esté mal, pero el precio no corresponde, no sé dónde están las 3 estrellas. Ningún armario, ni cajones, solo dos mesas de cama con taburetes. Menos mal que me dejaron una silla para poder trabajar. La atención, buena, salvo por el incidente de entrada, que por problemas suyos me tuvieron más de una hora de espera hasta poder entrar en la habitación

Un hotel de paso, en un polígono industrial. Bien diseñado y con buenas instalaciones. La recepción tediosa, 45 minutos de pié esperando que "el sistema informático permita hacer la inscripción" sin ninguna empatía ni amabilidad. Servicios inexistentes. La limpieza es de asustar, más con la amenaza del COVID. Todo lleno de polvo de días dentro de la habitación. Desde el punto de la mañana, ruidos, voces y canturreos del personal del hotel.
