I rolled in at 1:30 am from a long car ride (having called in advance to give notice that I would be late). I was well accommodated, slept soundly and was able to continue drive the next morning refreshed. Staff was very nice.

The staff was very polite and friendly. The motel was clean, tidy, and well maintained. The bed and room were comfortable; we slept well, which doesn’t always happen when staying in motels. Our puppy was welcomed and we noticed several other customers also had pets. I would stay here again.

If this property is typical of Best Western motels, I will be staying with them from now on. I know that the age of a motel, and how well it is maintained, can be an indicator of quality. This location is new (probably less than five years old) and is in excellent shape in every way.

Just a quick stop for us. Had a nice pool and hot tub. Nice spacious room. Full breakfast in the morning with lots to offer. Hot food was just warm though.

Checked in and found no first floor rooms and no elevator. I have a handicap and stairs are not easy. Manager/owner was a bit rude. Breakfast was very good.

Breakfast was joke. Coffee so poor I could not drink it. Donuts on Sunday were so hard I could pound it on on table. Attitude at front desk was not what you could consider 'professional'. Not real happy with a post it sign about a $20 dog fee. Holiday Inn is across the street.

If you are a woman traveling with children and or pets do not stay here. To begin with, the man who checked us in was rude and acted like we were bothering him when we checked in after my daughter's rodeo at about 8:30 pm. The night was uneventful and quiet although the rooms were old and outdated. I wake early in the morning so I took my dog out. I was startled by a room door being open and two men watching me come down the stairs. I took my dog out to use the bathroom and on our way back she stopped to smell the rocks. The same man opened a window and yelled at me in a language I could not understand. As I came in the door I realized it was the same man who checked us in. My daughter and I went downstairs to have breakfast which was horrible and there are signs everywhere not to take food to your room. My daughter did not realize the passcode was on the key sleeve so on her way down to get me some coffee she asked the same man who had yelled at me for the password. He then yelled at her slammed a piece of paper down and walked away. We left for the day to return at 5:30. We did make the mistake of putting our dog in her kennel in the bathroom while we went to the pool. I was not 5 minutes and he came in and yelled at us again that the dog was barking. Rather than be afraid and feel unsafe my 11-year-old daughter and I packed up and went down the road to the Comfort Inn where we have stayed many times with our pets and family. If I could give this place 0 stars

The toilet didn’t work properly. They came and plundered it. This let the toilet work for two flushes. At 11 pm when I flushed the toilet the water came up to the rim but not over. I did not call them back because it was late. My husband used the toilet at 4am and it overflowed. He went down and woke the person at work. My husband was asked if he used too much toilet paper. Really?!

I expected a little more for the price. Building is dated, the rooms need an upgrade. The cleanliness was okay at best. The sheets had animal hair all over them and to late at night to get a new set of sheets that I would have to change myself. The complimentary shampoo and lotion (no conditioner) was already used. The remote was sticky. The desk had weird oil smudges all over it. The breakfast was mediocre. Walked in on the staff making it, powdered egg mix being mixed in the eating area and then cooked in the microwave. The stay was comfortable and safe, staff was very friendly. Just expected more given the price as I have stayed at other hotels in the area for 20 to 30 dollars less and had a better experience.

What a joy its been to stay here the manager and the workers are fabulous. They were very polite and genuinly cared about the property and the travelers. They have opened my eyes to the complexities of running a motel business the manager is a great guy who took the time to pay my wife a geniune compliment. The world is going a million miles an hour and im sure his world is going 2 million but he took time out of his busy day every time we saw him to ask us how we were doing and follow up every time we saw him he and his staff are complete proffesionals and i would stay here every time i was in the area and needed a place to stay. Do yourself a favor and if you need a safe clean and good place to stay while going through richfield utah make this your stop...i think you will be very happy you did

One night stay on my way south for the winter. The hotel is on the older side and I had to drag my suitcase up the stairs to the 2nd floor. The cleanliness could have been better, but they had limited staff working after Christmas.
