Rooms were dirty and had stained comforters. Rooms around pool and atrium were very noisy. Nothing else really around.

Nice and clean, close to highway and mall.

Hotel got nice pool, with hot tub, excellent area for kids with slides etc.Hot breakfast.

Pros: room cleanliness
Cons: change pool temperature - everybody I saw said the same thing "the water's too cold"
Location: Not very many restaurants in the area.
the rooms were good - the layout of the floor plan of the rooms little confusing. there are no elevators at this location - its not wheelchair accessable. (had a w/c and walker to navagiate The breakfast was good and the staff accomadating Felt the large pool too cool temperature

Location: Close to Cuyahoga Falls Park.
Parts of hotel were closed. No restaurant as advertised. Whirlpool was filthy. Noise in recreation area indoors was appalling. Vending areas not marked. Breakfast didn't start until 7:00 am.

Looks can be deceiving.

Pros: The front lobby and staff were very nice. The entrance was beautiful and new which was why I titled this Looks can be deceiving.
Cons: Too many to list...
Location: Richfield Ohio is a nice area.
We lost $ in the game room and the attendant didn't get us a refund, or put an out of order on the machine. The outside pool was dirty, in fact I had to use the skimmer to remove leaves, bugs, spider webs etc. The beds were very old and uncomfortable. The room was in need of some paint, and intensive cleaning. There were strange people next door to us who asked if they could have some of our soda as we were getting to the room for the first time. The key card didn't work and a janitor had to let us in the room.

Bathroom drain would not drain! Thin walls. Much noise. No value here. Not worth the money spent. did not stay for breakfast.

Keyless Stay

PROS- Very nice indoor pool and hot tub with arcade, putt putt golf, and play area for kids.Close to town, easy access to higway. Cons- Dirty bed skirt. Lock to get into room did not work and we had to ask staff to let us in each time, a very big in convince to all. They did not have room to give us another room. Parking lot needs repaired.
