Hi Venus Sorry your experience wasn’t what you expected. Because it definitely wasn’t what I expected ago find when I opened up this review.Doesn’t sound like what we expect.Not sure your situation.Did you by chance tell the front desk?That’s where to start.We are a non smoking Hotel as all of them are in Utah. We could have moved you rooms charged the people who may have been smoking 200 for damages etc.We haven’t had one guest ever say our beds are uncomfortable, moat all guests ask us where we bought our beds.I will discuss with my staff and let them know of your review.We hope you give us another chance to prove we are a great value here in Richfield and we wish you nothing but the best.Thanks
