Never again

Posted Feb 22, 2015
First they tried to double bill us. The pool and hot tub both close on the weekend. Toilet seat almost fell off my wife. All the lights in the room where unplugged we had to plug them in not sure why. No coffee made in the morning. Was glad to get out of there definitely won't be back.

Hotel rooms were clean

Posted Feb 21, 2015
Staff had trouble understanding the room reservation through Expedia. Refused to do reservation for full time. Only allowed me to pay for one night, and had me come back the next day for the remainder of the reservation. Staff also forgot I was in the room and asked me to provide proof of payment two days later.

Pool is Closed

Posted Feb 9, 2015
Pros: Good location and price.
I picked the hotel from online photos with a pool. The pool is closed. It is winter. I was looking forward to an indoor pool swim. Disappointed. Room key wouldn't work and I had to walk all the way back up to the front desk with all my luggage. The front desk didn't answer the bell as I rang and waited and seemed frustrated with the interruption.

Not worth the money at all

Posted Jan 14, 2015
Pros: I didn't care for anything at this motel
Cons: Everything could be improved
"Deluxe breakfast" included coffee and nothing else. The mattress had padding and springs poking out. The tile was chipped up and broken in the bathroom. The shower water valve pulled out of the wall and left huge gaps in the wall. The "new remodel" included a very old an outdated flat screen tv. I will never stay in this hotel again. I wish I could figure out a way to post the pictures I took.

Convenient location

Posted Jan 12, 2015
Pros: The location and price is what I was looking for.
Cons: The hallways are kind of dark and gloomy.
Location: Its not far from Fish Lake and the mountains.
After ice fishing all day I needed a place to crash for the night. It's not a bad place. Hot water, comfy bed and a flat screen TV.

Rooms are clean. Pool and Spa were closed yet advertised as open. Room access card shut off before checkout time and nobody available at front desk, locked out of room for over half an hour.

Horrible!

Posted Dec 1, 2014
We were very unhappy with this hotel. It was the worst hotel experience we have had. The owners had the pool closed ,but their own children were swimming in it. There was broken windows on the upper levels. That may be why we were put in the basement level. There were no clocks in the room. It was a cheap room and next time we will spend the extra money to stay somewhere else. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone!

Very satisfying

Posted Nov 29, 2014
Pros: Friendly Staff, Free Coffee in the morning, Rooms clean and comfortable.
Cons: Reception was empty, had to ring the bell to have someone receive us. But it was past 10pm.
Location: Good location, close to the highway.
Staff is friendly, rooms are comfortable and they offer coffee (not breakfast) in the morning. Only stayed for the night, and I would easily recommend.

You get what you pay for. Nothing more...

Posted Nov 2, 2014
Pros: Price
Cons: Beds, size of rooms and baths
Location: Close to horseshoe bend and the dam. Also near gas stations
Stayed the night for a long road trip with the kids. Booked a 2 beds room. The room was very small (we had comparison to other hotels and motels we spent the night along the trip). THe mattresses were too soft - not comfortable at all. Bath was tiny and a bit old. No breakfast, but terrible coffee available in the morning. The location is OK - right next to the highway (89), and close to the horseshoe bend and the dam. However, the city is actually located uphill (5-10 minutes drive), and near the hotel most joints were already closed this time of season (end of October). All in all, if you only gonna spend the night than it will do the work. If you plan on longer staying that I suggest paying more and getting something better.
