“Making guests happy”

Our room was supposed to be a non-smoking room, but when we entered the room there was a definate smell of cigarette smoke in the room. Since there was not an equivalent room available the hotel gave us a discount on the room and supplied us with air freshener to try and clear the smell. We were happy with the resolution of the issue. Otherwise everyting was wonderful. The exercise room was small but sufficient for us. The pool/hot tub area was clean and in good repair. I wish I had packed a swimsuit! We would definately stay here again is we return to Richland Center.

quirky exterior design, but the room was very good, the staff was helpful. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub.

“Friendly Neighborhood Feeling”

The rooms were neat and tidy. The desk staff were helpful with any concerns. The maid service could have been a little more complete. The resturant was great for the meals, service and the staff. A very great buy with the 10% coupon the desk provided each day. The wifi was easy to work with. When we return to visit family, we come here to stay.

“Okay for the price”

We stayed at this hotel in order to be closer to the location in which we were getting fitted for a friend's wedding. The hotel room was clean and fairly comfortable. The pool area was also clean and not overcrowded. The Country Kitchen that was in the hotel was offering a buffet the evening we stayed. We opted to eat at the restaurant. We were not given any type of menu, it seemed as though the waitress assumed we would be having the buffet. While this was a convenient location for dinner, I wish we had went somewhere else. The service at the restaurant was not great and the food was equally disappointing for the price. The hotel bar was appropriately priced and a great place to unwind. All in all our stay was great, my main issue was with the quality of food offered at the buffet. I would strongly recommend eating at a different restaurant in Richland Center.
