There was no hot water. We were told that the hot water would be off for a few hours when we checked in. It was off for the whole stay so we could not take showers. Other than that it was nice. 24 pool/hot tub. Good breakfast.

We were traveling from Oregon and decided to stay the night here. We paid extra for a “Balcony with a River View.” It took us a while to actually find where the river was. Our view was actually of a vacant lot and an Ashley Sleep Center. Pretty disappointing!

Staff were super friendly and awesome. Hotel was very clean. Bed were so comfortable and room was large enough for my four kids a dog and my husband.

We got to check in early and use the pool. Great pool with basket ball hoop for our boys to use. They loved it. The only issue is the work out area was a bit warm at 73 dg and the ac wouldn't come on - notified front desk.

The hot tub was initially filthy, with algae and debris floating in it. This was remedied the next day. My bathroom had dirt in the corners and tile grout. The shower head was terrible, and the shower curtain rod was damaged. The staff however was excellent snd helpful.

Right next to a big commercial area so plenty of dining and shopping options. Although the hotel does provide a great breakfast for free and even daily milk and cookies in the evening. The hotel needs some minor cosmetic changes but overall is nice and clean. We would pick this place again.
