We were in town for a workshop and found the room quite comfortable. The only issue we had was a dripping sound in the toilet all night. Eventually it became background noise, but was that way all the time. The room and bathroom were very clean and tidy. The beds were comfortable too.

Upon check-in, the staff was very welcoming and knew to be expecting us by our last name. The hotel was brand new! It had a pool table and ping pong table as well as breakfast the next morning. There is a pool, but it was not open yet. We would love to stay here again. Thank you!

"Nice place with a few small maintenance problems."
The staff was very pleasant, and the room was clean. The pool area was pretty fun with a water slide and a climbing wall (small, but cool) that you could climb a few feet before jumping into the water. My only complaints are that the ice machine didn't work on our floor, so I went upstairs to use that one, and it had a sign (poor spelling) directing me to use the functional one that was located one floor down; the one that I just tried that didn't work. I went down another floor and that one worked.
The only other complaint I have is that the shampoo/conditioner that was in the room was half used already, which seemed lazy on the cleaning staff's part to expect the guests to share the tiny, single use shampoo. Maybe administration was trying to save money? Help the environment? Who knows, all I know is that some weirdo could have been in there before me, and done something to it, because people are pretty weird in general.

One of the Tri-Cities, Richland is in the heart of Washington's wine-producing region, and numerous wineries can be found in the surrounding hills. Chamna Natural Preserve has miles of hiking, jogging, and biking trails set along Columbia River wetlands. The city is also a hub of scientific research, due to proximity to the former Hanford Nuclear site.
