The gym is pretty decent BUT the hot tub was yellow when we tried to get in..the service is so slow as far as brining towels, shampoo because we ran out and same with toilet paper and a blow dryer..took us about a hour and a half to get those things which normally there is a blow dryer in the rooms and extra toilet paper. The one bed in our room had orange stuff on the sheets also. Won’t be staying here again

Staff was very nice, but check in was slow. Pool was closed the day we wanted to use it. The toilet was dirty when we arrived. There were not enough luggage carts when we left, and we had to make several trips downstairs to get all our stuff down. The location was very convenient. Parking was great. The breakfast was pretty good too.

Overall had a great stay! Unfortunately the pool was closed for cleaning which was a huge bummer. Only reason we picked to stay here was for the kids to swim.

Never had our room cleaned from saturday check-in til we left Tuesday morning. We were told they don't do anything unless you are there for more than 3 days.

Room was very clean, breakfast was great. The hotel was very busy lots of kids being very loud and un-supervised at the pool. Tried for hours to use the pool with no luck. I picked the hotel for my gfs birthday because it had a pool and good reviews. It was very frustrating that we were not able to swim. I feel there should be rules for kids definitely that many un-supervised. For the price of $219

Stayed here and loved it! Was met with warm welcomes and smiles at the front desk, free breakfast, they also had free wine & hors d'oeuvres for valentines day which was great. Right across from the galeria and minutes from fine dining in Clayton and Frontenac! My only complaint would be I wish the bathroom was a little cleaner and my sheets were stained, also parking is a tad bit difficult considering theres a small parking lot and the walk to the door feels so far but other than that I loved it and will stay here again.

Dirty Room, No pool or Hot tub available.
The only reason I booked this hotel instead of one closer to St. Louis downtown was because of the pool and hot tub. However, neither was opened and I was told that the hot tub did not have hot water. So, it was closed. This is the same review I had read from 5 months ago from another visitor. I guess they have no intention of fixing it or maintaining it. The pool and tub should not be advertised if people can not use it. Also, we booked for 6 people and only had 3 towels and not enough sheets/blankets. Had to get more from the lobby and also change the sheets they did have because they were dirty. I would not recommend this for anyone.

We appreciated the staff at front desk and the staff in dining room who worked very hard to take care of the breakfast crowd. The housekeeping however was terrible!! We stayed for 5 nights and only once did housekeeping come to the room to clean it. Bath gel container was empty and never refilled, crumbs on the floor were there the entire time and generally poor service. thank you

This hotel surpasses my expectations. It is so clean and spacious. It has kitchen and stoves and everything I needed. The breakfast was amazing with a lot of healthy foods.. I will definitely recommend it for people.

1st room I was given the bed was not made- went back to desk. Got a second room. Hair on bathroom sink, kitchen area, etc. Not the worst I've ever seen. But not great either.

Staff were very nice. Breakfast was good. And room was nice. My only complaint - our room faced the highway abd it was a bit loud - for me. And the fan is set at one setting- the highest one. Since the air blew right on the couch we wanted to add the fan but it was just worse- maybe set the fans on medium?? It would be a happy medium for those who want the fam.

Located right off the highway so it was loud while trying to sleep. Overall hotel was fine. I wouldn’t book this hotel through hotels.com though because they apparently don’t know how to request payment through hotels.com and now I’m fighting with them and hotels.com to get my money back.

This hotel was SO dirty…couldn’t even walk without shoes on. Bathroom floors were gross too- had to put towels down. Doesn’t seem too old of a building, so it is a shame it hasn’t been kept up. Staff could care less about working. Called for additional towels, said they would be on the way- they never came. Called again and was directed to come to the front desk to get them. Asked for a “Do not disturb” sign for my door- was told they didn’t have any, so I requested my room not be cleaned- came back after work and all of the towels had been taken but none were replaced. Just a few photos…could’ve uploaded more, but you get the jist.

The hotel is located across from the mall. Great for shopping and restaurants. The layout of the suite is great. However, the sound insulation is very bad. The highway nearby is loud and my neighbors were also loud. The front desk was friendly and took down our complaint about slow drain, but no one came to fix it during our two-night stay. No room service either. A candy wrap sat in the public hall way outside our suite for the entire duration of our stay, making me think whether the room was really clean.

Close to shopping and zoo!!
Great location close to shopping and the zoo. Rooms were clean and comfortable, we had a 2 queen suit. It had a nice kitchen space along with a good size sitting room. Breakfast was good nothing to write home about but good, Variety of hot and cold items and space was kept clean. The pool on our stay was not great, water was murky we were told at check it it had a chemical treatment but should be able to swim at 4 but at 8pm you couldn't see the bottem so we passed on the swimming. Overall hotel was great and staff was friendly we would stay again.

We stayed here because I was having surgery and we live two hours away. The hotel was very clean and all of the staff was very friendly. The room we stayed in was facing the freeway but we barely heard it. Our room was clean and beautiful. We will definitely stay here again!

The pool and the hot tub had brown water. The hot tub jets did not work. The hallway that connected to our room was so hot and the gap under the door let all the hot air in. It looked like all the carpet had experience air conditioner leak. The carpet had white hard spots on it. It looked like mold and it had a sour smell to it.

Friendly staff, many choices for breakfast each day. Pool was out of order one day and hot tub was completely out of order. No pool towels when we entered 2 of the 3 days and often heard that they just put some there and did not have any more. Room floor could have been cleaner as there was long dark hair and along walls and corners were dirty. When you have kids this is a huge factor.
