Pros: Staff was good, facility clean, breakfast was refreshing
Cons: WiFi service was poor reception for myself and associates
Location: location was good easy access great local food close byF
Experience was good , staff excellent. Room clean and properly appointed. Only complaint was poor WiFi reception in facility, this was a issue both weeks for myself and associates.

Pros: people
Cons: small room for 2 adults and 3 kids
Location: good location despite nearby construction
I was very pleased with this hotel stay. There was a problem with an odor from a stain on the floor. Staff responded to it the same day with the intention of cleaning it. Other wise the room and bedding was very clean. The beds were very comfortable. I will definately book this hotel on another visit and recommedn the staff be recognised for their professionalism.

a/c issues

Pros: comp breakfast was well done and well stocked for how many people were there.
Cons: regulating temperature.
Only real issue was that the thermostat was not working. At one point we had turned it down to 64 to try to cool the room down by forcing the a/c to kick in, as it kept heating up over night. At one point, even set at 64, it was blowing hot air from a heater. As this happened late we didnt bother telling them until the next day as we didnt want the hassle of moving rooms at a late hour with 2 young children. And as you cant open windows, you cant regulate your own temps. The night before we stayed at the Delta East in T.O. and had an excellent stay, maybe that skewed how our stay at a cheaper hotel seemed.

Excellent all around! Rooms were very clean and roomy and the staff was friendly and helpful! The breakfast variety was great as well. Couldn't ask for a better stay at a great rate!
