Pros: Kindness of the host
Cons: Comfort of the room

Not a hotel or motel!Posted Aug 6, 2013 on Hotels.com
This place is not a hotel and this needs to be made clear on the hotels.com website. Couple are friendly, and place is clean but I was expecting a hotel or motel from the website and thought I'd been scammed online or something when I got to the address and found i was staying at someone's residential house. So it really did not meet my expectations.

Not convenient for overnight from Vancouvr airportPosted Jul 21, 2013 on Hotels.com
A clean and new house to stay in with nice people managing it but not really a hotel and should not be called "Airport Suites" because it is not as near to airport as hotels. Costs over $20 to get there from airport.

Airport Blundell Suites - a poor establishmentPosted Jun 28, 2013
This is not a hotel at all, but rather a bed & breakfast. It is a large house on a busy road in the middle of nowhere, with no services, shops, restaurants or public transit in the vicinity. You have to share a bathroom and kitchen, and there are monthly tenants living in the house. So you are basically paying hotel prices for a room in a large house. I would not recommend this to anyone staying in the Vancouver area.

Small but charmingPosted May 26, 2013
Pros: Cleanliness and Chinese decor
Cons: No ensuite bathroom
Location: Quiet, residential, between airport and ferry terminal
This is a converted large home with wonderful Chinese decor, with perhaps 4-5 rooms in total. There is no exterior sign, so watch for the address, not a sign, or you will miss it. Immaculate and clean, quiet, with friendly greeting, good showers, wireless, coffee, but my room had no ensuite bathroom -- it was across a (unoccupied) space down the hall. That was the only drawback. Ideally located between airport and ferry terminal to Victoria.

Comfortable room in a good locationPosted May 12, 2013
Comfortable yet basic room and bathroom in the home if the lively host couple. Great to see an affordable option; a nice change from a hotel.
