Friendly, clean, and enjoyable. Staff was helpful and pleasant. Grills poolside are a great addition to the atmosphere.

Experience fair. Did not appreciate making several trips to the 2nd floor with luggage. Because there was no elevator.The staff on arrival was not vey pleasant or welcoming. The day staff at the desk was slightly better. did not smile or engage the guests. I was pleased with the breakfast server pleasant and on top of things very welcoming. the meal in it self could have been better with more variety .The bathtub needed more attention.

Dirty bathrooms.. Noises from Vents.

Customer service is good. Upon walking into room, it's nice. Kind if retro looking with the creepy couches in the corner... But that wasn't a bother. What bothered me was the constant noise coming from the vents, kind of sounded like a frog snoring. It was from 12 midnight all the way until the AM, and never stopped. Noisy motel. Shower was GROSS! There was hair all over the shower, and not just one strand. Looks like a cat was rubbing it's back on the shower walls. If a simple shower isn't clean, I can't imagine what else isn't. The bed was so comfortable. I wish everything else was good, I would have stayed there my second night.

Pros: Helpfulness of the staff
Cons: Smoking floors and smoking rooms. Noise of bar patrons in the parking lot.
I did not realize I had been assigned to a smoking room until I arrived. I gave the room a try, but the it was triggering a migraine within 5 minutes. I returned to the front desk and asked if there was any way to change to a non-smoking room. The gentleman at the front desk was very accommodating and even upgraded my room. It was greatly appreciated. The rooms were large and clean.

Noisy motel--some of that could be alleviated with improved door closers. Bathroom is cramped--fundamental design flaw. First room assigned was not made up. Won't be back, but will continue to stay in other Baymonts.
