“Great place to stay!”

We were in the area for a wedding. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. We would return here again!

“Richmond IN”

Great rates for a holiday weekend. Needed last minute place to stay for return trip, Very pleased with room/hotel.

“1st time”

The only issue was it was adjoining room and the neighbors were abit noisy at night. Swimming pool was ice cold.

“Reasonable place, good value!”

Good , overall. Only one complaint: they cleaned the bath one day and took out used laundry items, but did not replace them. Left us short a facecloth and hand towel. Oversight or policy?

“Not Impressed”

Peeling wall paper and a really small room. Breakfast was good and plentiful. This hotel needs a cosmetic update.

“Would like them to prove to me I can change my mind.”

With my son possibly attending IUE, there is a great possibility I would want to stay again. However, there were a few things wrong. First of all, my remote did NOT work, and they could not even find a battery to replace it. The old coffee filter/packet was not even removed from the coffeepot. When going out to my car the next morning, I had to make my way through "three" motel employees SMOKING at the front entrance just to get out of the door. Literally, I had to say excuse me and practically push my way though as there was an icy snow mixture going on and they did not want to leave the overhang. The convenience of this motel to I-70 makes it hard to pass up, but my first experience there was not the greatest.

“Very average but not the worst.”

Not the best but not the worst Comfort Inn I've ever stayed in. The worst was by far the CI in Wapakoneta, OH (mold, electrical dangers and dirt). None of these were extreme here. The Richmond CI was very average but we were glad it was available to rent and be close to family.

“Not displeased”

had to settle for a smoking room which made it unpleasant to us right from the start (the smell) but not the hotels fault. 2 double bed room was old, small and plain but clean and usable. Would want a more modern and larger room next time. Very good service and very good continental breakfast. Would stay there again but not in the same room.

“Good breakfast”

For the most part, it was a good place to just crash for one night. The breakfast was quite good, with a good variety (cinnamon waffles!). The location was good for us, right off the highway.
