My husband and I were more than pleased with our visit. This was one of the best hotels we have stayed at. From the time we checked in until the time we left, every employee was beyond helpful. Mr. O was absolutely fantastic. He was beyond kind, friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay at a Delta on our next trip! Thanks for a great weekend getaway!

Great staff! Jeanie, the 'Employee of the Month,' was extraordinary. She informed me about the location of the nearest restaurant and was thorough in her communication. Overall, an excellent experience.

There are only two things I require in a hotel 1. hot water and 2 a comfortable mattress. This hotel room had neither. We complained about the lack of hot water the first night we were there and noone did anything. We even spoke to a maintenance repair man in the elevator and he did not respond to our request. The mattress was terribly uncomfortable, limited hours of the restaurant and the jacuzzi was very cold as well all lead to a bad review. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!

I would recommend a noise fee for any room that gets a report of excessive noise of at least $250. On Saturday night Jan 20, 2014, there was excessive noise from rooms 1408 next to room 1407 where I stayed. Lots of running up and down the 14th floor hallway and doors slamming. I almost called the front desk. If the noise policy was visible on a sign at the front desk, this kind of rude behavior would stop. It is getting worse everywhere I travel, hence I always make this suggestion now in 2024.

I usually stay at this hotel for New Years eve. Check-in was fine. The water in my room was difficult to get beyond warm. The bar person messed up our ticket and added food from someone else who had room service and said the ticket was closed and there was nothing she could do (we had to order more stuff to make up for it). This should be investigated.

First room had loud buzzing when you opened the door and phone didn’t work. Second room again phone didn’t work and it was not till we went to the front desk that the staff was notified by a telephone representative that the entire hotel system was down. Staff was very concerned and helpful.

Great experience, I really got the best sleep that I've had in a long time in the hotel’s king bed. The room was clean, absolutely comfortable, lux hotel experience, nice city view. Street parking, perfect location, I’ll definitely book again.

I loved the inside of the hotel, the staff was very nice upon arrival. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the only concern we had was instead of an actual shower head there was just a shower head attachment which was a little odd. Overall it was a nice stay !

We had an overnight with our pup. We were upgraded to a suite and loved the space to spread out. Bed was comfortable, staff was welcoming and there was a plaza down the road to walk the pup on grass. Parking was attached to the hotel, which was within an easy walk of the capital building and places to eat

Our stay at the Delta was wonderful. Friendly greeting at check-in and bottled water with mix-ins available at the front desk. The hotel was beautifully decorated and clean. Convenient parking garage and a resturant and bar. The room was great! Amazing view from the 9th floor from a large wall length window. The bed was so comfortable, I didn't want to get out of bed in the morning!
