There were things we really liked about our stay and things we didn’t like. First the likes. We had reserved a suite with a queen bed and pull out couch. When we got to the hotel, we were upgraded to a suite with a queen and a king. Just because. Our suite was VERY clean. That’s a biggie for me. If it’s not clean, we’re not staying. The kitchen was great and there were enough necessities that we did not need to purchase anything. The location was good, close to lots of restaurants and stores. Now the dislikes. One of the outlets in the kitchen only worked when the garbage disposal was on! That is just completely bonkers. Our coffee pot wasn’t working and when I told the front desk about it, their response was, “so you want a new coffee pot?” Well, yes we do. The king-sized bed was VERY squeaky, every time you moved, it groaned. The bathroom door wasn’t hung properly. To close the door securely, you had to pull the door up with the door knob and push with your other hand to close it. As a result, the door knob was quite loose. One of the kitchen chairs was very wobbly. We were all scared to sit in it. All in all, the hotel served the purpose we needed it for, but it was NOT worth what we paid.

Smelled like marijuana in the hallways and some parts of my room. The area was ok, probably would not have gone back out at night. I appreciated that you provided dishes in the suites.

Upon intitally check-in, my son and I had to wait 20mins due to it being only one staff member (front desk cherk) on duty. He had a small live that needed services but had to rush on elevator to help someone else while we waited till he returned. After being finally checked in we had to go through unprogrammed keys, a full bed in place of a couch in living area, broken tv with line down the center, multiple hairs in shower and the bathroom floor. I like candlewood suites but this located need some work.

Excellent stay option for a family of 4. The place is clean, safe and just perfect. I would highly recommend to stay in this Hotel even though it would be little long drive.

The employee at check in claimed the hotel couldn’t accept my Chase Visa (that I literally use for all my purchases) and gave us no information. The room was beautiful and spacious…but smelled extremely strongly of urine throughout the whole room. Very poor experience, would not return.

Check in was suppose to be at 11:30,but my room wasn't ready until the late afternoon.The desk clerk was wonderful and helped me find my destinations so I could meet up with my family. When I arrived back my room was ready .The bed was very comfortable and they gave me some extra snacks to enjoy. I would recommend staying there. Now the property wasn't glamorous but very clean and the staff very friendly .
