“Fabulous stay”

Fabulous service all around. The room was really clean, great smell, very comfortable. The location was convenient for what we were doing in town. I would definitely recommend the hotel.

“shows improvement”

Hotel has improved over my last stay several weeks ago! Only real thing that did not change was the water temperature. Could not get hot water, only luke warm at best. Hotel was cleaner, the breakfast buffet was MUCH better!!!!! Price and (for me) the location is great! It is not The Ritz, but for the price it ain't bad!!!!!

“Not impressed”

this place has a musky smell. I was almost afraid of the elevators. ice machime do not work on all floors. They are every other floor and after staying there twice not sure I would go back. First time after tornado, so there were things that were excused. Nothing has changed. this place needs some work. It is in a nice business area so it could be a great place to stay with work. I get this place for out of town guest and was a little embrassed .

“BAD!”

This was a terrible hotel it smelled really bad no hot water, tv did not come in but 2 channels only coffee was for one person, bed linen smelled , smoke smell in the elevator the room was just bed.... I was not happy at all I dont know if all days inn are like this but this one was bad!

“You get what you pay for.....”

Luke warm water- never got any "hot" water. Perhaps some type of conservation matter? Toilet stopped up! Coffee at the "free breakfast" was the absolute worst I have ever tried to consume. Should be reported to the EPA or Health Dept. HAZMAT required to even try and drink it! The three staff people that I spoke with were very nice!!! Good location for what I needed. As I said, you get what you pay for and this is a prime example.

“Expect better later”

Unfortunately, we visited a few weeks after the hotel sustained some pretty significant hurricane damage, so the condition of the hotel wasn't quite up to par. However, renovations and repairs were underway, so I expect that the situation will be corrected in the near future. The staff was very friendly, the location is convenient, and our room was comfortable. This seemed to be an older property and some of the fixtures were a bit dated so don't expect a palace when you arrive. Since this trip was only an over-nighter, the hotel met our needs, and was what we expected for a hotel in this price range...the price was very reasonable. For longer visits though, the Residence Inn next door is a better choice.

This hotel is in a great location, just off I-64 in Richmond. It apparently suffered some water damage in Hurricane Irene but they are only fixing some very basic things that are immediate eyesores. The staff was pleasant and polite, but the clientele was loud, rude, smoking, and a little scary. My room had damp carpeting and the inside safety latch was busted as if someone had tried to get through the door by force. Yeh, a little scary. However, the bed was comfortable, the TV worked, I slept well and there was a decent free breakfast.

“It's gone way downhill!”

This hotel used to be a good value; however, the lack of cleanliness and substandard food supplied was unacceptable. We will be booking elsewhere next time.
