To start the whole staff was pleasant AND patient; they were amazing. After putting my bags down I went to the window to try to enjoy some natural air, I got that and then some. As soon as I opened the window it fell off its track, maintenance came to fix it quickly however I was told it wasn’t meant to be open (for context the window had the simplest of locks on it, was not bolted in, and had no signage staring it was to remain closed). The TV could not seem to keep a signal on any channel and took at times five minutes to finish buffering and was the upmost irritating. I was excited for breakfast Sunday morning however found my cheese bacon and spinach omelette was mostly cheese while most of the breakfast itself was either as lightly seasoned as possible or unseasoned.

#1: I had a late flight. I checked out a week ago and left my car at the hotel. Specifically asked for the phone number to get the shuttle and the clerk said no problem about the lateness. #2: the clerk gave me a card with the manager's phone number highlighted. I called the number and of course it was the manager's day phone. Had to look up on the internet to get the hotel number. #3: I call the front desk asking for the shuttle, told there is no night shuttle. I ask how am I to get there. Told to take an Uber or taxi...it is midnight. #4: I check in, ask about the shuttle and told haven’t had a night shuttle for a month. #5: Get to my room, no tv remote. Had to call front desk and he had to bring me one.

I had a medical emergency, the hotel staff was quick to get medical assistance.I had a diabetic problem.I am sure the manager save my life.If I had not been and found on floor I would had been in very bad trouble. Thank you for the alertness of management.

It's a convenient location to many areas. You could benefit by changing the parking, maybe a deck. Overall it was quiet, EXCEPT for one guest room slamming the door several times after midnight.

Property didn’t have a real restaurant as advertised that was open. The airport shuttle did not run 24/7 as advertised but they did come through and get a driver to make a 5 AM run which apparently we were all expecting when we made our reservations.

Great stay
Convenient, comfortable, and a great overall stay. Check in and out desk staff and driver for the shuttle to the airport were all friendly and personable. Very positive experience.

This was such a nice property and is conveniently located near the airport and downtown. The shuttle was a great amenity and the staff was so friendly. The area is quiet and has multiple dining and shopping options nearby. I'd definitely stay here again if I'm ever back in Richmond!

Worst hotel stay I have ever had. I travel for work. I would recommend to not go here. I woke up in the middle of the night to use the restroom and stepped into water on the restroom floor. When I went back to bed I seen small roaches on top of my food on the computer desk. I took photos and called the front desk. They were not helpful and seemed to know this had happened before.

Staff was courteous and attentive. The entrance was very clean and had a relaxation atmostphere. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. I was not ablt to go to the pool but I did walk to the pool and saw how clean and kept up it was. Also I had to leave at 0500 am so I did not get the breakfast but I did get a wonderful shuttle driver who took us to the airport in plenty of time to catch our airplane. He was wonderful and very helpful. This was the best place to stay in Virginia. I would definitely come back and stay here or other Sharatons.
