VERY SLOW & POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE at FRONT DESK

Each Day' Breakfast Buffet Stations Ran Out of Food. One Day Omelet The Maker Ran Out of Fresh Eggs and Stopped Making Omelets Even though an Hour of Time Remained for the Buffet. Front Desk Personnel Complained Loudly When I Requested That They Cash a $50 Bill so That I Could Pay Cash for My Breakfast & Have Change To Tip My Waitress.

Pros: Wonderful mattress. I slept very well.
Cons: other room doors were loud when closing.
Only stay overnight. Easy access and safe area. Hotel very nice, clean and comfortable. King bed and mattress was very comfortable and exceed my expectation. Could hear other room doors slamming.

Good enough hotel. Very pleasant and extremely helpful staff. Nice soft beds. Close to airport is a plus. Can walk to restaurants. Just a small snafu- the exhaust fan in the bathroom was not working.

Hotel staff was extremely friendly. King bed was super comfortable. Room service breakfast was very good. Bathroom was clean with great in-shower, conditioner and gel dispenser...nice! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This is a nice physical property, but it is very, very poorly managed. The hassles and difficulties associated with staying at this hotel were far in excess of the value received. I won't stay there again, and you shouldn't either. I reported/experienced all of these problems with management politely involved. At checkout, they asked how my stay was. I responded "bad, from start to finish." No apology, no inquiry, just the response "Bad. well, you'll get a copy of your folio from Hotels.com, not from us. Good bye."

Pros: The shuttle driver was super. Very helpful. You could tell that he loved his job.
Cons: Using the hotel's computer/printer to print boarding pass was to complex. Just add it to the cost of the room instead of charging to print 1 page!
It was a pleasant hotel located 10 minutes from the airport.
