Property is located at Short Pump Mall which offers many shopping and dining opportunities within walking distance from hotel. on the negative side, we had a full day from 8:30am - 6pm without water in the hotel. this was communicated at check-in, but my spouse had to work from the room that day, so it was inconvenient.

Great location. We only stayed for one night but it met all of our needs. Numerous restaurants, shopping all around, and close to the interstate. The breakfast wasn’t great, but it was free. It consisted of eggs, corn beef hash, sausage, hash browns, and several bread options. It’s probably fine for most we just didn’t care for it. My only complaint was that there was a terrible smell in the hallway, it smelled like rotting trash. Once in our room we couldn’t smell it. Overall a great stay would definitely stay here again as it met all of our needs. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful.

When checking in we were greeted by George. Very personable and a great attitude! Rooms were very clean. We also went to the bar and she was ready for all the different drinks we asked for. Breakfast was delicious and hot! Checkout was a breeze and I loved that they gave you until 12pm. The one little thing that should be changed is to give your guest the two bottled waters that are in the room instead of charging $6 for each.

I don't like the $6.00 bottled water in the room. Even if you don't use it there's a chance you can be charged for it after you leave. Why not have it at the front desk for purchase? We always bring our own bottled water anyway. It's cheaper!

Furniture, cabinets were scratched and broken. Bathtub would not drain. HVAC did not work properly , there were 6 designated parking spots for the entire hotel. Front desk was not manned most of the time.Dirty laundry in hallway for 2 days, trash cans not emptied while there.

My Saturday getaway!!
I could not view my NFL football in my room, due to I believe a device on tv blocking me from watching certain channels! I’m a 100% PTSD Disabled Combat Vet That choose to watch games alone as much as I can .

Staff was very friendly. Location is great. Breakfast was excellent. My only complaint was that the gym was absolutely filthy. Garbage pails and towel bin overflowing Dust and dirt on floor that looked like it had been there for quite a while.

From 11 PM till about 1:30 AM on the third floor, there was a lot of yelling and joking through the hallway from ages between 18 and 22. Though this is common in hotels with younger people, it was a bit inconvenient to fall asleep. However, and conversely, I still rate this hotel as an excellent place to stay. In particular, they have a fabulous morning breakfast that is often included in the price tag. There were two gentlemen running the breakfast, and they were top quality professionals with kindness and cleanliness.
