Problems at the hotel -

Pros: Good parking, helpful staff, nice beds and bedding.
Cons: free WiFi with room
Location: location in nice suburban area close to I-64 & I-295, about 10 miles from downtown Richmond. Lots of restaurants, and retail establishments closeby
well, you have to pay for internet service at this hotel - what a rip when you are paying for the hotel room (I was stunned, and refused to use it). Most places included it in the room rental, and for that matter, most all restaurants have free WiFi ! Next, it is not the hotel, but Expedia itself - it advertised double queen beds with photos for each room (we rented 2 rooms for each of two nights). If there was fine print, we did not see the option that it could substitute King beds, which was not desirable for us. The confirmation paper stated that it guaranteed King beds, but we never checked (this part our fault). Well - we needed at least one double queen room, but the hotel was booked, and had none available. So my daughter had to have a roll-away delivered, and had to use it !! (the hotel was nice about the delivery, and there was no extra charge) A bit of an inconvenience and discomfort, but not the hotel's fault. The personnel were very pleasant, but they were not able to provide the option - cudu's to the Marriott staff in trying to make it happen. Continental breakfast was not included, and if purchased, was a bit pricey!

Clean and Elegant

Pros: I love the cleanliness most. Its hard to feel comfortable in a place where nothing is clean.
First walking in, the hotel is very clean and elegant. The staff were very nice and accommodating. The room was wonderful. Very clean and crisp. I had the best sleep in this hotel.

Nice hotel in convenient location.

Pros: The beds.
Location: This is very close to the mall. You can rent bicycles or walk there. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. Parking is underneath and inexpensive.
This hotel is in a convenient location. I thought the rooms were very comfortable and the bathroom was nice. We slept great.

Nice quiet hotel

Pros: Pleasant and professional staff. Room service breakfast was amazing.
Cons: Signs on the main street to make it easier to find, as it is located in an industrial park area.
Overall, excellent experience. It was upsetting that the WIFI was not free like most hotels are and then the WIFI in the lobby was not good at all. My phone loaded information faster then the internet.

Pros: Upscale and clean.
Cons: Wireless internet would be nice that did not cost so much.
Location: Went to the Powhatan County Fair
Had a great stay. Very happy. The view was wonderful from our room and the breakfast was the best!!
