Cons: Add some of the items that I mentioned above
Location: Restaurants are close by as is shopping centers
The hotel charges the same rate as the other hotels but it didn't have the usual continental breakfast, but the did have coffee, also no alarm clock, hairdryer, iron etc. No toiletries ie. shampoo, conditioner etc. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean, and it was easy to get on and off of the interstate

Pros: Staff was very friendly and helpful, nice having a fridge in the room.
Cons: Not the most modern hotel, could be updated a little.
Had an issue with cleanliness of 1st room, the staff was great and immediately located me to another, much better room. Excellent customer service! Friendly staff too.

Location: Right off hwy. exit and a very short drive to restaurants and shopping.
The manager, La Donna, went above and beyond to resolve a booking issue that wasn't Motel 6 problem. My 16 year old son and I stayed a few days and the front desk staff was very friendly making us feel at "home". Again La Donna was excellent!!!

This is fine for a night over on your way to somewhere else. The Jacuzzi was cold. Bedding was very cheap but clean.

When checking in I had a 15 minute wait while the clerk was on the phone. The hotel was old and tired looking. The air conditioning did not see to be working in the lobby. My room was clean but there was no chair to sit on. I will not stay there again

It was a very good place overall. The only negative was that the 2 cards we were issued to open the door did not work very well at all. Had to really work at getting the door open. We told the clerk about it when we left, but he did not seem very concerned. Other than that, it was a good value.

Furniture in the room was dirty with stains, as was the carpet in the room and the halls. Room did not have a closet. Room was suppose to be nonsmoking, but room smelled of smoke and so did the hallway. Moved to another room, no garbage can in room for two nights. No where to put garbage. White towels look like they were washed with blanket & comforters, had brown and black fuss balls on them. Hotel also had a different name.

Frequently Stay here

My husband and I frequently stay at this hotel just to go to the hot tub (fits about 10 people) and pool. It is also conveniently located off the highway where there are tons of shops and resturaunts. The hotel has always been clean and well maintained. Has great security; all the side doors and pool area requires a key for entry. They have a great free hot breakfast in the morning. It was recently bought by another company and is now called Richmond Inn, so it is no longer affiliated with Lee's Inn and Suites, so dont know if that is going to change anything. Excellent hotel would def. recommend it.

Even though Hotels.com had made a reservation for a non-smoking room, there was non available when I checked in at 8pm. They even said that the reservation was for smoking, but after asking them to show me the reservation, it was definitely for non-smoking. Their response was "we're sorry, but there is nothing we can do". Smke smell was still on my clothes a day later!
