While traveling with my 3 years old , I felt as if my safety was compromised whether intentionally or unintentionally this whole experience was scary and sketchy . We were placed in an obscure spot where the door for the 1st floor patio unit was open , lock broken and after requesting another room I was charged extra by cash as if it was my fault . Only to be placed in another room which was deplorable . I had a 14 hr drive ahead and unfortunately was not able to sleep because I had to stay awake to protect myself and my child from whatever was going on in that location .

The walls were all patched over and the tub was filthy. The room I was placed was near the exit so I heard people coming and going at all hours.

Puppy whimpering next door finally abated... The non- smoking double bed room smelled horribly, no handle on faucet, no access to light near door - found bed lamp. No rooms avail to switch. Brutal. Please help to prorate my fees accordingly.

This is exactly what you’d expect at this price. The room was very clean, the bathroom was just pretty outdated. It does look like they’re working pretty hard on updates though. I will say, I wish it was a non smoking hotel, because even though our room had no smoke odor, the hallways were very strong… and not of tobacco smoke. We didn’t have any issues with noises or people keeping us up. We had no plan on using the shower (they really needed to be updated) but my daughter ended up needing to get in. There was no hot water, just a tad warm. The managers were made aware, and I did see someone in the halls later asking if we had hot water back, so I think they were fixing it. I would say overall if I needed a cheaper hotel in the area again I wouldn’t have an issue staying here.

Front desk staff was friendly but the property was disgusting. Every room smelled like smoke. Sheets were dirty and had burn holes in them. Disabled and broken security cameras. So bad we didn’t even spend the night.

The ancient hvac unit cycled on and off at very loud sometimes screeching decibels so had to decide to have a Very cold room in order to sleep. Some old cars with flat tires and broken out windows seem to be permanently parked in the lot. Tub wasn’t clean nor behind the window curtain there was an old water bottle and hadn’t been vacuumed in long time.

The fire detection device was not on the wall. It was missing! The room still had the TV on when I arrived, assuming someone was there. Clothes were left behind. Front desk told me to come the next morning for another room. But the room he gave me wasn't ready! So finally I was sent to the third room! It was better. These hotels need to be renovated completely! For the amount of money, it wasn't worth it!

I did not get to stay the night I paid for because I was down to my last bit of money and didn’t have the 50$ deposit that y’all ask for at check in that IS NOT STATED ON ANYTHING UPON BOOKING ROOM! The money was not refundable through website I told y’all that y’all had to cancel from your end so I could get my money bad and y’all refused . I am disabled and had to sleep in my car because y’all couldn’t work with me . This is ridiculous and that I paid 74$ for a room to stay empty all night while I froze in my car as my car was on E.

My room was very unacceptable. Cleaning appears to not be a priority here, walls are extremely thin, loud music blasting in the parking lot both nights I was there, vending machines not stocked, trash cans overflowing, and overall it felt unsafe.

We had a 2 night stay. We checked into a dirty room, crumbs on the bed, hairs on the bed, spots on the floor. Fogured we'd only need the room for 2 nights - so we sucked it up. Went out early and came back the 2nd day around 9:00pm to find our key didn't open the room door, just the exterior to the building. Hunted for and finally found the on duty staff roaming the halls. Told him what room we were and he opened the door, no ID check. We walked in to find a flood from the room above. Went back to the front desk, complained at length, had staff walk to our room to inspect it and was then accused of causing the flood. Ultimately we got a new room, upstairs. Upstairs room was cleaner but was clearly not cleaned - open bottle of beer socks, and an exfoliating sponge were left behind. Beyond this, the halls smelled of tobacco, weed, and mold. The motel also seemed to have people living there. One offered my son (12) cigarettes and another had a cup out in the hall for donations. Terrible experience, avoid at all costs.
