The worse hotel experience ever. Felt like I was in the projects. The entire place was dirty from top to bottom. There was no tv in my room. I asked why and they said for security reasons. However, they never brought one. I was told to email the property manager and I've yet to hear anything back. That was almost 2 weeks ago.

Property was dirty, rooms were not cleaned, one rooms ceiling caved because of water, rooms were in terrible condition paid for two beds only for one. People there are rude loud and have no respect in the halls 12-5am screaming stomping throwing tantrums. Just all around disgusting. Took maintenance days to fix the elevator and room. Property on the outside had broken glass for the entire time we were there.

This hotel shouldn’t be part of Hotels.com it’s completely insane, nasty, it looks like it was an abandoned place. Trash everywhere, people peeing on the floor. Looks like never been clean. Not even know Hotel.com post it, killing their reputation. I gave back the keys and got me another hotel.

Horrible!!
Hotel was horrible would not suggest this hotel. Unsafe place all around. Did not feel safe getting out of the car, the hotel is dirty and disgusting. We decided not to stay because of how bad it was. They and hotel.com would not refund our money. DO NOT STAY HERE!!

This is not a Hotel
Not the safest location to be in. Watched a few things go down in the parking lot in broad daylight but that's Petersburg for you. This place smells and the room and bathroom are dirty old and need updating.

I roll up, enter the lobby, and get the snarkiest woman on Earth to tell me she's out of rooms. "But I made a reservation just now." "No ya didn't." "Eeeeeeeexcuse me?" "I got no rooms. We're fully booked. "So what do I do??" "Who did you book it with?" "I have a reservation with Orbitz." "No you don't. You gotta call them." Super fun being accused of lying TWICE within about 45 seconds... Yeah, bye. I wouldn't stay here for free.

READ THIS!!!
Well i walked in and was immediately greeted with hostility. The lady at the front desk yelled at me saying that they were out of rooms even though I had booked it online and then told me she had one room left in the TV was broken. I walked in move the blanket in the bed was covered in dirt in hair. I walked in the bathroom and the toilet was dirty in the sink was dirty in the bathtub was chipping away. The balcony door was broken and wouldn't open. The room didn't even smell clean and the hallway was worse. The elevator was shaky and unstable. Whatever you do do not book a hotel room at this place.

I reserved a room with 2 queens sizes beds for my wife and my kids. The staff was nice and the room was clean. I recommend the hotel to other travelers for overnight stay.

It is absolutely disgusting. Toilet had cigarette ash in it. Bathroom was so dirty. There were no towels available. Beds were made so sloppy. I was afraid the sheet were used. Staff has such a lazy attitude. Very getto place.

This place needs to be shut down
You know what I should have taken some photos but travel inn is a disgrace even to one star hotels the tub was filthy there were no linens on the bed there was no things like towels toilet paper washcloths I had to ask for all of that I know you all don't have anything to do but even to give them one star will be giving them a compliment they had one whole floor of the hotel the elevator would not stop on that place is ridiculous well I stay there again hell no!!!!
