“Very nice and roomy and close to I95”

Very clean with small but very clean and enjoyable pool and exercise area. Excellent breakfast buffett and the staff were quite friendly and helpful. Great location and easy to get to.

“Very nice facility”

The room was very nice -- a suite. The location was great for our purpose. We were visiting family and the location was within 5 miles of the family home.

“Relaxing stay.”

Really relaxing. Enjoyed the off season rates and the luxury of the King suite immensely. Front desk was very helpful and friendly.

The hotel was more than relaxing! It was so refreshing to actually stay at an affordable hotel that was comfortable! The room was very clean and the comforters were pulsh and comfortable! I felt as though I was at a luxury resort! The breakfast in the morning was DELICIOUS! The staff was very helpful and even gave us a list of places that delivered pizza. Overall, the hotel and our experience was wonderful! I will most definetely stay here again!

“My old Virginny Home”

Front desk was very quick & responsive to requests about local stores & eateries. Swam on New Years Day without fighting a crowd (or noisy children). Great location for shopping & dining!

“Worth the Expedia Price!”

The staff at this hotel was GREAT!! They were courteous, knowledgeable and truly went WAY out of their way for us. Breakfast was wonderful, hot eggs, sausage and waffles along with the full continental menu. The toiletries were substandard,the towels not soft at all and the room was much smaller than I thought it would be for a suite. There wasn't really 2 rooms at all, rather one large odd shaped room separated by a half wall. Having a fridge, microwave and sink made up for it :) When I check Springhill's corporate website, the rate was DOUBLE the price on Expedia. It was worth what we paid, but not the rack room rate.

“Nice Hotel!”

We were just there for one night but the hotel staff were all very friendly upon check in. The room was nice and clean and the beds were very comfortable. We will stay again!

“Not great, not bad”

The hotel was nothing special. The room was clean enough, but the towels and linens and even the carpeting were pretty tired. The pool area was also in need of face lift, and some cleaning. In the fitness center, two of the cardio machines, and there was not much else, were broken. All in all O.K., clean enough, but due for some renovation.

“Maintenance Distaster”

We stayed in Rm 209 which had a toilet that ran on and off all night, so we kept waking up thinking "someone" was at our sink running water in our room. The Internet modem didn't work, so staff had to bring a new one. The heat/air conditioner thermostat was broken, so we had to sleep with no air on because only HOT air blew out(we didn't learn of this problem until we were already exhausted and in bed). And if you're looking for a truly hot buffet breakfast- well it's self prepare and serve all the way!
